I have been a tenant for 2 years now, and will continue living here because of how well this place is run. They are responsive and fast when it comes to maintenance, questions, concerns, literally anything. I have no complaints, the rent is affordable, the amenities are always clean and working, no pest problems, very kind management. Jasmine is always helpful and responsive with tenants. Super happy with the experience I’ve had renting with them!

I would recommend that anyone rent from State Street Properties. From the well maintained property around my apartment complex, to my comfortable, affordable apartment in great condition with very good appliances, it is an all around great company to work with.Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly, and the maintenance workers are friendly and knowledgeable. There are regular inspections to ensure that heating and air conditioning, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are working properly, and notice for these inspections is given in a timely manner.All around, it is a very friendly, responsive, and professional property management company, and I would definitely rent with them anytime.

Ive had to move every 1-2 years since moving to Austin back in 2009 and State Street Properties has been one of the best management companies Ive been with since moving here! Each time I put in a maintenance request, it gets responded to quickly and sometimes even the same day!I especially want to give recognition to Jasmine who has been so pleasant and on top of things with all the requests weve put in. There was one time where a technician was scheduled to come on a Saturday (her day off) and she called me to update me on the status of the maintenance request. I really appreciate all the hard work and the level of care that Jasmine and the rest of the State Street Property team does!

I’ve been with State street renting from them for almost 3 and a half years and it’s a breath of fresh air that there are still good property management company’s out there. I’ve had the best experience with SSPM, they’ve treated me like family and have been extremely respectful and kind throughout every interaction. Their response time is immaculate, and they’re extremely understanding when it comes to life happening. Morgan especially is one of the kindest, most good hearted people I’ve ever come into contact with and has been so helpful and informative ever since I’ve moved in here. Y’all are doing a fantastic job and would recommend to anyone to get a spot with these guys while you can! 5/5 stars for me

I lived in one of apartments that they manage and they’re the best management company ever! I moved out of apartment and I had few important mails that they sent it to my previous address and I emailed Jasmine and she helped me right away with the package and I stopped by their office and she just handed me all the mails including packages. They’re really nice people. Also Cassie and Morgan helped me out a lot in the past.I wish they manage my new apartment because they’re really awesome, communicating very well and very helpful.

I have lived at three different State Street Properties over many years. Cassie, Amanda and the maintenance crew have really made my experience so enjoyable and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. My favorite properties are The Patio on Speedway and Sunshine Terrace. Both properties are well kept, quiet, updated and truly a great apartment experience.The staff is professional but personable. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my time working with them.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years (2018 - 2020) and loved it! We were in walking distance to Barton Springs. Our apartment rarely had issues and if something needed repair, the team was so fast and efficient. Neighbors are considerate too. The State Street team worked with us when it was time to move out early when we bought our first home, and we felt very supported by this team (Cassie and Amanda). Highly recommend them!

We lived at a State Street Properties apartment for 2 years and had a great experience. Our Property Manager Cassie was really easy to work with and well organized. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond and resolve issues, in most cases same day. The online portal used to pay rent and request maintenance was simple and effective.We had no issues moving in/out of the property and highly recommend living at one of their properties.

I’ve lived in a state street property for over a year now and am continuously impressed with the management. 8 years in Austin I’ve experienced a lot of different property managements and this is the only one I would actively recommend … and have not been anxiously waiting for my lease to end. They have great staff to help and maintenance requests get processed really quickly. Neighbors are all lovely and and the fact that the staff know the residents makes a huge difference

Property management is superb, personal, and they care about you. I havent ever had an experience from a rental property quite like this before. TerryTown Flats is a hidden gem in Austin. Well built stone building with excellent sound proofing and pool with a deep end! Also the location is central to all of Austin and routes to and from here seem like the roads where built for you. 10/10

I have lived an apartment that is ran by State Street Properties for a year now and I love it. I moved from San Diego to Austin so when searching for an apartment, it was really important to me that it was clean and maintenance was of value. I can say whole heartedly that State Street Properties is just that! If I ever have a problem with anything in my apartment, which is hardly ever, maintenance is here within a day. It’s a really great feeling knowing that you are being taken care of. Also, the employees that work at State Street Properties are an absolute joy to talk with. I’ve personally talked with Amanda and Cassie, and they have always been amazing. Very pleased with State Street and I highly highly recommend!!

Move out update: We had to leave Austin due to a job opportunity in Seattle. Cassie helped make the transition super smooth for us. Five star review still stands. Amazing housing experience start to finish. Many thanks to Cassie and State Street!State Street properties has been a positive experience for us. The property manager, Cassie, is top-notch. We stay in an old house divided into three apartments. Its a beautiful, old house and they really do it justice by keeping it in great condition. Its got an old school feel, but all the appliances and amenities are up to date with todays standards. It even has a yard that the groundskeepers keep looking neat and lush. Our chihuahuas love it! We started with one dog in the one bedroom apartment, then moved across the hall to the two bedroom shortly after getting our second dog. Cassie made the process seamless and super smooth. We would definitely recommend State Street to anyone looking for great place at a fair price in Austin.

Had great experiences with State Street, specifically Cassie, who helped take care of any issues we had speedily. They were courteous with heads up emails so that we could make sure our pets were in safe places if someone needed to come into the apartment.Their online portal made payments easy, as well as requesting any maintenance.They also made lots of upgrades while we were in the apartment - new awnings, windows, washer/dryer... they really care about maintaining and improving their apartments.

I cannot say how much Ive loved living in my studio apartment with State Street. Ive lived in one of their properties from 2020-2022 and would continue living here if I wasnt moving out of state. The property is in an awesome location on North Loop, the apartment is excellently maintained, and excellent customer service. I think a prime example of this was during the deep freeze in feb 2021. We lost power and water at our location and they did everything they could to get it back up and running quickly, along with excellent communication about status updates. The place is small but super cozy, clean, great location, and most importantly affordable.

I have nothing but good things to say about State Street. I’ve lived in two of their properties and both were excellent experiences. The front office is helpful and accessible. Maintenance responds quickly and professionally. Units and well-kept and rarely had issues. Would recommend fully, and hope to be able to move back! :)

I recently moved into my amazing studio by Zilker Park! Absolutely the best place I have lived in, the management is awesome! Shout out to Cassie and Jasmine for helping me with the move in process and helping in every way possible. The neighborhood is the best, quiet, right by Barton Springs Pool, a few minutes away from downtown and South Lamar. Neighbors are super friendly. I see myself here for a very long time! During the Icepocalypse of 2021 the property I lived in faired pretty well. There was 1 pipe that burst and they were able to fix it within hours even though the streets were impassable! I still dont know how they did it so fast with the entire city in shambles. They always give us plenty of heads up when maintenance is needed and this is good because they maintain the property well. They are always responsive to inquiries too. Ive lived in Austin for 30 years and this is the best property management experience Ive ever had.

Very satisfied with State Street property management. We worked with Cassie over the 3 years; she responded to calls and emails immediately. Maintenance requests were usually completed that day, the grounds were well maintained, and we continually saw upgrades to the property. When our stove went out, we got a new one the next day. We also got new windows, a new washer/dryer set, and window awnings. The online portal was also a great way to pay rent and submit requests.

I am a resident of one of their properties. Eversince they took over managing our property about a year ago, they have made so many improvements that were neglected by previous management: installed all new outdoor lighting which was a big safety issue, filled parking lot potholes, repaired bldgs infrastructure, much needed power washing of grounds, new fence, and weekly grounds maintenance. Replacing our old mailboxes & addressing the homeless transients are also in progress. Our property manager Cristal is a Jewel. Their maintenance staff, Francisco, Alicia & Dustin are amazing at their job, very honest , efficient & friendly.I feel very lucky to be living here.

I moved to Austin (from NYC) about 2.5 years ago and wanted to live in a place that was safe, affordable, and close to downtown. The Campus Crossings apartment complex on UTs north campus fit the bill. While the place itself is somewhat old (not terrible...but not great either), the person running everything has helped make it a positive experience overall. The Property Manager, Cassie, has been awesome from Day 1. She communicated with me while I was still in New York and helped make my move possible (and easy). She always goes above and beyond, is very responsive, is extremely thorough, and friendly to deal with. I have always been able to count on her to provide help and guidance, which is the main reason why my stay at Campus Crossings has been a pleasant one. To repeat, the apartment complex isnt anything great (though it is definitely not bad), but if you want to live in a place where you know you will get the support you need (whenever something comes up), then you should consider this place. It is affordable, safe, and within a few minutes of downtown. Bus routes can be found on every street around the apartment as well, which makes it easy to get around (if you dont want to drive or take an Uber). Tons of restaurants in the area, too. As long as Cassie is still the Property Manager, this place will continue to be a pleasant apartment to rent in. Cassie is awesome.

Not only is the location great and rent reasonable, but also, the few issues Ive had along the way have been addressed and handled quickly.I also cant say enough (positive things) about the property manager. She has worked with me through some tough times, and as long as I am up-front and honest about whats going on... the respect and trust has been mutual. So, as long as I am renting... I throroughly enjoyed every minute of my two years living at the Zilker Capri studios. I felt very safe in this community, and was really taken care of by the staff at State Street Properties. My landlord Cassie was very professional and such delight. On the business end, my experience seamless. As far as the property goes, well maybe we should just keep this place our little secret! Incredible location. Its all right there. I was constantly hopping on my bike hitting the trails. Loved the retro vibes at the complex. I always felt like I was living at a top-notch motel. Theres a chance it really used to be one anyway. Barton Springs is right there, but I always found the pool to be just as good. I loved that amenity so much. My neighbors were beyond cool and we spent a lot of time together. The apartment was super cozy. Gorgeous remodel. It was really luxurious. The walk in closet was amazing. Loved the bath tub too. Such a perfect little neighborhood. I really miss it! I moved southwest, but would have stayed if I was still in the downtown area.

A true hidden gem! Cassie, Amanda, and maintenance staff are a rare find because they actually CARE about their tenants. On top of that they are patient, efficient, prompt, and understanding. Hi ladies. Just a quick note to say Fransisco the maintenance man is delightful. I’ve met him once before at the old apartment. He came a little early today and I heard him knocking on other doors, I offered him to come in but he said “I had a note not to knock til after 11am”, but I was already awake. But I must say I found that extremely considerate and respectful on both his and you ladies part.I showed him the shower ceiling, broken air vent, and then my fridge is running a little warm and he said “the freezer is a bit blocked, I just need to run the heat gun over the vents”, I said should I just scrape the ice out of the vents and he said no I could damage the coils.Anyways, it’s always awkward having strangers come thru your dwelling, but Fransisco’s demeanour is very respectful and I appreciate that, so I thought it’s worth noting. And I gave him a topo Chico. 😄Still the best real estate I’ve ever dealt with, top notch ladies, top notch! If I ever get rich enough to buy a house, I will insist “the ladies from state street!”

I was a tenent at the Zilker Capri location for over a year and it was a wonderful experience. I rarely needed maintenance and the one emergency I had they had someone come out and fix it the same day. My neighbor were very kind. The neighborhood is fairly quiet expect during ACL and blues on the green (to be expected). I will miss walking to the market everyday with my dog but I am thankful for the memories.
