Since moving in here, the management has been kind and understanding. They are real people with hearts and minds, and they can hide behind the pages of the property policies, but they choose warmth and rationality instead.We hit an employment gap last year. Miss Chloe and Mr. Dale struck a good balance between paper contract and personal concern. They didnt have to treat us with humanity—indeed, Im sure they grow weary at times of hearing peoples stories—but they did, and Id give them an extra star of I could.Thank you

I just moved into the Star Community and I had a great experience. From starting my application to picking up my keys was too easy! Chloe the community manager went above and beyond to make everything for us go very smoothly she even left us a welcome gift in the home so when we arrived we were greeted to a beautiful gift and card. Thank you again, Chloe, the community has been great thus far and we look forward to residing here for years to come!

Being a resident here the last several months has been a great experience, upon moving in we were greeted by the Manager Chloe who is a pleasure to work with, she communicated the expectations for the home and has been available to answer any and all concerns we have had. I would recommend living here to my friends and family. GREAT Community

Since residing in Star Properties, Chloe has been the most AWESOME property manager I could ask for. Always available, and always willing to help as long as theres a clear and open line of communication. Definitely will miss her when we leave. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING CHLOE!

Perfect location right by I-35 and I-14. Easy access to either highway depending on where I am going. The staff is great! Super friendly and professional as can be. The Expo center is right up the street which I love cause Comic Con is coming and I cant wait. I will be her a very long time!

The property manager Alisha is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions about the process of getting into a home. The park is also very well maintained!

I have been here for almost 22 years. Everything has been OK for the most part. I enjoy living here but dont like stray dogs running the park.
