I rent a town house with Stag and Ive always had great service! Stefanie is always quick to respond. Just recently I needed my fridge replaced. Weldon was was exceptionally fast to assess the problem. I couldnt believe how quickly Rudy and the other gentleman I dont have the name of came by to replace the appliance while also working around my work schedule. In nearly 24 hours, my problem fridge was replaced and everything was resolved. Such a great maintenance team!

Everyone at Stag is very kind, communicative, and helpful. We have lived at one of their properties since June and the whole process was easy and not stressful!! Stef was very patient with our questions and helped in any way she could. Last night my boyfriend locked the keys in the car and we remembered that they offer help from a towing place for their residents. We couldnt remember all the info so we called Stef after hours and not only did she answer, she wasnt mad lol and she was very nice and gave us all the info for them to come rescue us from being locked out. She also checked in with us this morning to make sure it got worked out. We love our home and Stag, best place we have ever lived!!
