As an out-of-state home investor, I’ve been looking for a reliable and dependable property management company. I came across Specialized PM and the reviews were great in general, including on BBB. The team is very responsive and quick to action when I started letting them to manage my two properties in Houston. They are very organized and provided before and after rehabbing photos too, which is amazing because it’s important to have a transparent communication and project statuses especially when I don’t live in Texas. Overall, I would recommend them to manage your properties and their pricing is competitively affordable.

As far as Specialized is concerned, Paula Lozano has gone over and beyond trying to help fix this 50-year-old house. As far as the landlord, he is very difficult to deal with getting approval for certain major things that should have been addressed before I ever moved in. I still have a list and ducts still need to be cleaned, not only because they were nasty when I moved in but because I am on oxygen. I thank him for having the trees cut but that should be something that is not expected of the tenant. I thank specialized for all they have tried to do to help.
