I recently sold a house with the help of Robin and Paulina at Southwest Real Estate. Robin and Paulina help me through the process, answered questions, took care of details and were wonderful during the entire process. Attention to details to help the sale, helpful to see that the property was ready to show, walking me through any and all steps necessary and always willing to explain any and everything I asked questions about. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Got the house sold within two months. Very happy I decided to let them handle my sale. Recommend them highly.

We recently sold a house with Southwest Real Estate. Robin Myers was our initial contact and met with us to look at the house and come up with a value. Paulina Rico was the agent that worked on the deal. They helped us navigate things to do prior to the sale plus worked with us on the price and negotiating offers. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Southwest Real Estate if youre looking to buy or sell a home.

I am so grateful to have found a beautiful little apartment through Southwest Real Estate! They worked really well with me being out of country and moving into Clovis. Answered all my million questions with delight and with quality input before and after I moved in. Nothing was hidden from me so I truly knew what I was moving into before I even got there. Great communication skills from all ends and they are very great at making sure i’m all taken care of! I highly, highly recommend renting/buying from them!!!

I looked for a very long time trying to find the right property to move my family into. I had just about given up and somebody referred me. It was only a matter of days before they found the right property for us. We moved in and finally feel as if we have a home. Robin and her team did an amazing job working with us to buy our first home! We had wanted to purchase a FHA repo which requires a large amount of paper work and documentation. Tried different property managers prior to being directed to SW Real Estate. Before they rent your property they run a credit check on potential renters, collect the rent, and take care of any & all problems associated with owning rental properties. Theyre absolutely the BEST.
