    Ive lived here for 6 months now and dont even want to think about having to move. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The breezeways could do with better maintenance. Ive gotten notices about power washing, but mine hasnt been. And I was upset when the pool went out of commission for a few months. It was repaired in winter and is open all year, otherwise. Not a bad thing in a city with 80⁰ days in February. And you have to deal with the roaches. They are aggressive. Amazon has a product named Advion that works very well. But honestly, the apartment alone is reason enough to stay. I havent seen one to compare at this price. The gym is small, but nicely equipped. The pool is large enoufh and beautiful. The playgrounds are just right. Theres always something going on in the community if you pay attentionto the app. Management tries to be friendly. Pay them and they wont bother you. The app is convenient. If you need any repairs, put a message in the app and follow up by visiting the office. Theyre usually on it. Basically, let the app be your friend, and you wont have any problems of note.

    Been here for a year and I love the new renovations. The apartments are really nice and it’s very quiet. I haven’t had any problems. When I needed an apartment asap Esther was able to help me out and got me moved in before me and my kids were out on the street. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury apartment for a good price.

    I’ve lived in these apartments since 2018 I’ve never seen a manager that just didn’t care they basically tell you what they think you want to hear I gave them my money order on the 3rd of the month because no one could tell me who the money order was supposed to be made out to with the new system they had they must’ve forgotten about it and didn’t post it til a week later causing me to get a late fee gon talk about my rent was late it wasn’t late when I gave it to them taking they’re sweet time to post it made it late.I expressed to her what was going on in my apartment and she had the nerve to have an attitude with me. I let them know my air conditioning system wasn’t working she sent maintenance but they weren’t able to fix it. a whole month without heat or air she told me she was going to call a ac and heating company out to fix it but never did my apartment failed 2 inspections on they’re part instead of them fixing the problem the leasing agent told me to just move out.that’s how they treated a tenant thats been living there since 2018 til 2023 5 years no lease violations and no complaints. I WOULDN‘T RECOMMEND a HOMELESS DOG to live in this place they really need a new OFFICE MANAGER no shame at all just stand there and LIE straight to your face and if or when they get a new manager they need to retrain that leasing agent as well…..🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

    Both Ms. Linda and Austin are AMAZING!! (and all other staff) They are always willing to hear you out, get things done, and take care of any issues with the apartments, and most of all take care of there tenants 100%. I’ve lived here for going on 2 years and they always seem to put a smile on mine and many peoples faces!! Keep up the Great work!

    The management here is wonderful and helped me save my life.Thank to all staff,Mrs.Linda,Mrs.Elizabeth and Mr.Austin the leasing agents and to the maintenance men Mr.Rob and the other one,sorry I forgot your name.Mr.Cilio a big thank you for helping to keep the property clean.Thank you to the whole staff for hiring World Wide State Patrol to keep human pests out and thank you for hiring the World Wide Pest Control to keep insect pests out,lol.Thank you for making payment arrangements with me Mrs.Linda that was awesome of you to save my life that much.If not i would have just paid what I owed and moved on.I still would have recommended you all highly,even more awesome that you did what you did for me.so love these apartments so much I want to stay for life!! God bless you all especially our services coordinator Mrs.Jamie Wagnor who was the best one we had ever had up to date.She will never be replaced.God bless you all and I love my apartment!!

    The apartment complex is very nice and very spacious, the staff is very helpful. No parking Problem for me. Great Big 2 bedroom for a GREAT price, conveniently located off 410. Mrs. Linda is very nice person. Helped me out a lot.

    Went in yesterday. Kelly was very nice. Unfortunately, they have no 2 bdrms avail on 1st fl but, Kelly said shed keep me posted if something becomes avail.Even tho she couldnt find keys to show us a 2 bdrm unit and someone walked in while we were there saying that her car had been broken into, Im very interested in this property... Does anyone have any reasons of weight for me not to be?

    Beware of the 4 way stop 🛑 going east on the excess road is a four-way stop , coming from north were two trucks bumper to bumper , one took off being my turn to go the second truck coming from the north acted surprised because it being my turn to move from the four way pretended to ram me but me looking straight at him counted with my fingers 1,2,3, meaning the 1st truck ,mine ,then him , he hits the brakes as I proceeded , it was a very much older American man with his very older lil lady , triing to skip my turn , i have white hair too , an 2016 truck but not as big and luxurious as that much older man

    Lived here for a year management was horrible at first but has since improved now that its more stable .I have had issues with paying my rent online and they were able to get the problem fixed and removed any unnecessary fees. Overall I have been satisfied.

    The young lady in the front is very nice she always help me.however, i feel like these apartment are dangerous there been alot crimes .But i dont belive is the managment fault they are very nice and helpful people. They try their best to help you in any way the could.

    I have 8plus years living in the Rosemont apartments the staff Is very helpful and friendly I’ve seen Liz and Austin go above and beyond to help out some of their residents, Linda the office manager listens to your concerns and she makes sure everything is taken care of.#Rosemont@universityPark❤️❤️❤️

    Just moved here 1/31/2020And all I can say is that the WHOLE office staff is amazing and the place is great my kids love it here already my area is nice n quit the place is clean they keep the grounds clean five stars for me 💯
