Michael Nolan at SMTX was our property manager for many, many years. I cant say enough great things about the company. Michael is honest, responsive, communicative, and thorough. He is always on top of everything. We left only when we sold our properties, at retirement. I recommend SMTX without hesitation. -

My partner and I have lived at an SMTX property for a year and a half and have loved it so much! Robert Dorsey was extremely helpful and informative when it came to finding us our perfect rental property. Their maintenance responds very quickly, gathers as much information as they can to ensure that they send out the right people for the job and even gives you multiple time slots so they can work around your schedule! The website is extremely user friendly and has never given my partner or I any trouble when it came to using it.Overall, great company to rent a property through and a wonderful staff to work with! -

My experiences with the leasing agency has always been a good one. When I first moved they were able to help me find a better place to live as soon as possible. Also when I lived in the apartment I was always able to get things fixed if I needed(this was a big relief for me). But overall never had any problems and they were quick to respond if I had questions. -

Love working with SMTX! They are thoughtful, responsive and take care of problems asap. When the AC unit in my rental went out, Robert Dorsey worked super fast and had it replaced within 24 hours. Cannot recommend working with them enough. -

Really enjoyed my time with SMTX Property Management. I have lived at two different locations since 2019, and just recently moved out. Im pretty low impact when it comes to living at places, but when I needed something done they were on it. I highly recommend SMTX Property Management if you are looking for a place in San Marcos. -

We reached out to Robert (Bob) a couple of years ago about leasing one of the properties listed through SMTX. He was great, very prompt and attentive in assisting us with what we were looking for. Anytime we need a maintenance request or anything happens, he gets us taken care of very quickly. Will recommend anyone looking for a rental property to them. -

Robert (Bob) has been nothing short of amazing throughout the past 3 years. We have known Bob as a friend for 5+ years but his dedication to helping us move into and feel comfortable in our home has been unmeasurable. We have rented with SMTX since the beginning of 2020 and could not have been more appreciative of the support Bob has given us. Every maintenance request, rent payment, lease agreement, etc has been seamless with Bob on our side. -
