Great Rental Experience!I lived at Slide North Apartments for over a year, and I had a fantastic experience. The property was well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The property manager was always responsive and professional, making communication easy.The neighborhood was safe, quiet, convenient with easy access to grocery stores, public transport, restaurants, etc. The unit itself was very clean, spacious, modern. The amenities like the pool, gym, community area were always nice and clean. I never had any major issues during my stay.Overall, I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

I have the pleasure of staying at this luxury apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The worker at the front desk Tasha was extremely helpful and answered every question I had she also was very nice. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the elegant and modern design. The spacious layout, high-end finishes, and stunning views made every moment feel like a dream. I have lived at slide north since they have opened and i have LOVED every minute of it. Not only are the amenities amazing, but the front office staff is so kind and accommodating. Maintenance responds to requests within 24 hours (unless it’s the weekends or holidays obvi) and is so helpful with all my questions. It is always so clean and they are diligent about pest control and landscaping around the property. This is the best apartment complex in Lubbock

Beautiful new luxury property , incredible pool area with covered cabanas and big screen tvs, , access gates I can open with my phone , fitness room is state of the art and the Manager and all of the staff are so helpful and always happy when we come in., or call, and any issues are corrected quickly , plus they have a Lubbock Police Officer who lives on the property as their courtesy officer ,, just a all around great experience here!

The quality of the units exceeded my expectations – spacious, well-designed, and with those massive windows that let in abundant natural light. My unit, A5P, had a perfect view of the pool. Picture this: after a long day at work, Id unwind on my balcony, sipping a drink, and listening to the joyful sounds of people enjoying the pool. It truly felt like home.While my overall experience in West Texas wasnt always smooth, SN provided a sanctuary. Ill miss this place dearly – its more than just an apartment complex; its a community where I felt at ease.Thank you Laura, Natasha, and Dezarae. You guys have helped me more than you can ever imagine ❤️

I loved living here! These apartments are luxury and have very nice amenities: the pool, workout center, dog park, and is just very well kept generally. This is a great place to live if you want somewhere nice without having to put a down payment down on a house. The workout center was so nice that I hardly ever went to the gym where I pay a membership. I also made so many friends at the pool and other places around the apartments. This area is very nice too - good neighborhoods surrounding and there is a great park just across the street where my friend and I would go running before hitting the gym. The apartment was just big enough but not a hassle to keep clean. Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as nice vinyl plank flooring. I also like that this complex actually kept the gates closed - I have lived in other “gated” apartments that would not keep the gates in working order and kept them open all the time - Slide North does not do that. The staff was always super helpful and friendly, whether it came to work orders or anything else. Laura and her staff were always there to help answer my questions! You definitely pay higher in rent than most apartments in Lubbock, but you get what you pay for - a very nice living space and community!

I just wanted to give an update after my entire move out process is complete. This is the most professional and amazing apartment complex I have ever lived. Maintenance was always on time and respectful, the property was always clean, and the walls were so thick I NEVER heard a peep from my neighbors. If I didn’t have to relocate to Dallas for work, I would 100% live here until I found my house. I cant say enough good things about this place!Dezarae is the best! She made the move in process a breeze and really made the process enjoyable. I’ve only been here a month and everything has been amazing!

By far some of the nicest apartments I’ve ever seen. Not perfect but in terms of build quality (loose door handles, light bulbs sockets falling ,cockroaches going under the doors, cheap components etc…) When I first moved here in august my AC didn’t work and my first 3 days were miserable. But for the price it is very reasonable:) and the staff goes out of their way to fix these problems and are very responsive. Shout out to Dezarae! Wonderful inviting customer service. Very outgoing and personable:) 5 stars for the staff

Slide Rd is also fairly close to campus as well as grocery stores and fast food restaurants too.100% would recommend these apartments to anyone moving to Lubbock.

Only lived here for a short period but really enjoyed my stay here the apartments were really great I loved the built in shelves for organizing all my things and how spacious the floor plan was for the price. Great amenities including an EV charger !

The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I have had 0 problems since I’ve lived here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they really stay on top of things. The maintenance is also super quick, I haven’t had a maintenance request that wasn’t completed any later than a couple hours after putting the request in. The apartments are also so high quality and nice. I recommend this complex to anyone that comes over to my place or anyone that I know that’s looking for a place to live! I have lived in bad apartments in the past so I am familiar with the bad, but I can confidently say this place has gone beyond my expectations and is the complete opposite of my past experiences. I don’t plan to live anywhere else as long as I’m living in Lubbock, I love this place!!
