When buying our home Kinda Flagg went above and beyond to help us find our forever home. She was always available and had answers when we needed them. I was most impressed with her knowledge of how the VA loans worked. Her expertise in the area in Bryan College Station was a great help in selecting our home. The most impressive of all though, was most of our documents were prepared while we were in another state, so when we came to Texas to actually look at homes she had several homes ready to look at. Moving from Hawaii to Texas is very challenging and overwhelming especially when weve never bought a home before and never been to Texas. Having no idea how buying a home works or the responsibilities each person has or even something simple like what their title means. Anyways, Ive dealt and coordinated with Mrs. Kinda Flagg while I was still in Hawaii via phone and emails. Then meeting her in person on the day I flew in with my wife to go house hunting on a Sunday! We mustve saw about 7 homes before we fell in love with our soon-to-be-built home in the Alamosa Springs area. There was an offer we just couldnt pass up especially with the timeframe and restrictions that we were facing on the move from Hawaii to Texas. Kinda made it super easy and comfortable for us and help guide us into making what we believe is the right choice for my family. Shes been with me the whole time and thats just amazing service if you ask me. If she represents Simplicity Realty then Id trust that youre in good hands with whomever you get from this company, but Id ask for Kinda just because I had the honor to experience her services.

As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions about the process. Kinda Flagg was by far the best lady for the job. Shes upfront and honest with her clients, never made me feel like I couldnt ask questions, and being that I was in New Mexico and couldnt make it to College Station, she made herself available for my mom and sister to show them homes on my behalf. I would definitely recommend her for your real estate needs! 10/10!

Moving from 2,000 plus miles away in the middle of the first phase of covid lockdowns, my newly retired military husband and I along with our incoming college freshman at A&M were stressed to the max about whether it was the right time to buy and settle in. Kinda absolutely changed that for us. Even when house shopping across the miles Kinda made herself very accessible to our needs and questions. She was understanding of our unique situation. Always informative to include the changing market values, etc. And perfectly opinionated & knowledgeable to the area which we very much appreciated being from out of state. Kinda made what normally is one of the most stressful times in your life much less stressful, partially because she seemed to relate, but mostly because she seemed to actually care about us and our needs. Probably one of the coolest people we’ve met thus far in College Station and definitely the most professional and down to earth in her field. Couldn’t image hiring another realtor or company that would’ve made us as happy as she has.
