We love our experience with this management company thus far. Simon and his staff was more than accommodating he listened to me and my concerns and was able to tailor their management to how we wanted our property run. We will be switching our other 3-fourplexes to Simon as soon our existing contracts is up !

We had a great stay and experience staying at one of Simons places. We originally booked an airbnb and wasnt happy with the location and the place. We were staying for 4months for my wifes clinical rotations at DHR so needed a place asap and Simons place was perfect. He was always available, and we would definitely recommend anyone to Simons properties. The king bed was perfect, the internet was very good, the covered parking a bonus and the place was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for making our stay here a great experience!

Had an awesome stay at Simons properties. He was a great host who had dual stays arranged for our team of 9 in two of his units. He responded promptly and answered questions almost immediately and was accommodating to our needs/requests. The Zelle option was convenient for us to book the place on the go. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the covered porches were an added bonus in the rain. The home is well taken care of, clean and welcoming. The comfortable beds, great shower, drip & keuirg combo, high speed internet made the stay more enjoyable. The little details to make a guest comfortable matter especially when traveling in a larger group. Simon even drove by to make sure all was well. These properties are in-close proximity of HEB and other places for a good breakfast/dine-out. I would definitely recommend Simon Property Management for your stay in the Edinburg TX area.

When my family and i were renting out with Simon Properties we had absolutely no problems during our stay, he had amazing customer service and was always very polite and friendly.

Stayed in one of Simons property during my rotation at DHR. Great price and really close to the hospital. AC worked great and the lard Lord was responsive and very straight forward. Everything we needed was provided from bed linens to pots and pans.

Loved working with the property manager, been staying here for a year, just renewed our lease for another year. The staff is available and any issues were promptly addressed by the property manager, and the ability to pay via venmo and cashaapp is a bonus, will definitely recommend this company!

We had a good time at this place. Beautifully decorated and home like feeling. Well kept and clean. The owner was ready to answer all over questions and needs. We will definitely come back again.
