This company is by far the best! I have been with them for 8 years. Things have definitely taken a turn for the best. The improvement is very noticeable and ever so consistent. They have wonderful communication and are great at getting to things in a very timely manner. They are also very understanding of the unexpected things that life may throw at you and work with you throughout it all. I so appreciate them and highly recommend them.

I am so incredibly grateful to Signature Leasing. I live in CA but bought an investment home in Frisco, Texas 17 years. I knew nothing or new anyone and I was very fortunate to have found Khan, April and everyone else at Signature Leasing. They are so knowledgeable about everything and always helped me to navigate every phase from repairs to leasing during Covid. They are super responsive, honest and very friendly. I even used Khan as my real estate agent to sell my home and of course his knowledge and connections helped me to sell my home for top dollar in a weeks time. I can honestly say I am sad to no longer work with them. After 17 years together I feel like I am losing a long time friend (until I come back to Texas one day!). I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have been in one of their rental properties for 6.5 years and they have always been on top of their game. Whenever I had an maintenance issue, they responded promptly to the request. Whenever I knew I may possibly be late, I always called to let them know and asked what my fee would be and paid it promptly by the date I had given them. I have never had an issue with them. I was upfront with them and they were with me, all while maintaining professionalism. I am only moving on do to relocating with my employer. I would recommend their services any day. If I return to the Dallas area, they will be my first contact for a rental property. Thank you all so much for keeping my family and I safe. We have enjoyed our home of the last 6.5 yrs and the departure really is bitter sweet! Blessings to all the staff!

I lived at Holly Oaks apartment complex with Signature Leasing on and off since 2011. While they arent perfect, they have always been honest, courteous, and helpful. A nice change from other imperfect leasing companies that just treat you like a number.There were a few times when I made a mistake for whatever reason, and because of my good history with them, they were able to cut me some slack, which has never happened with other leasing companies.(This does NOT mean that theyll cut just anyone slack. I tried my best to be on good terms with them, and always corrected my mistakes immediately.)Any time something broke, they were always there within a couple days (at most) to fix it.When I was looking to move out, their other agents offered to help me find a new place, and while I didnt go with any of the properties they showed me, they showed me quite a few places that I would never have seen on my own.At Holly Oaks, they frequently worked on fixing the hot water, but always gave us plenty of notice when they would turn it off. They also spent time fixing up the property and had weekly cleanings (whether it be overdue or not, updates were still happening.)They misplaced a money order of mine once, and I occasionally would be given conflicting information by different agents, BUT they were always honest and tried their best to correct mistakes/conflicting information.Overall, living at Holly Oaks and dealing with Signature leasing was worth what I paid for. Semi-regular maintenance, decent living standards, a quiet and safe complex, management that wasnt perfect but always tried their best, and affordable pricing. You get what you pay for, and you get quality service when you try to be a quality tenant.

I have experienced only all positive experiences from Signature Leasing and all of the staff. They are extremely professional and responsive. Everyone is very welcoming and they really do go above and beyond for you. I do mean everyone in the office from Lauren to April and Richard. The application process was very straight forward. Everything was laid out in black and white. We did not have the best credit but Signature Leasing was willing to work with us and gave us a chance. We do not regret it !I am proud to say we have been renting the same home with Signature Leasing for six years. We have stayed with them because they truly care about their tenants. Other companies say they will get things done but Signature really gets them done ! During our time frame we had completely positive experiences. Maintenance has always been fixed in a decent time frame (usually within 48 hours which is very fast). The properties are well upkept. During COVID the office is more than willing to work with you . Actually it has always been that way, (they are so easy and great to work with) as long as you keep open communication in writing. They have always been very organized which is also very important.They are not just another leasing company. They 100% care about their tenants and landlords alike. I have recommended Signature Leasing to several of my employees and close friends. If your looking for a leasing company that you can trust and that cares about you , Signature Leasing is the one. Look no further, you will absolutely not regret your choice.

We have rented from Signature for 2 years and are signing a new 2-year lease today. We have had no problems with their customer service, maintenance, or anything else. They have been responsive to any maintenance needs that have come up, and the guys who come out are always very nice and knowledgeable. Our agent, Richard, always gets back to us in a timely manner if we need to contact him, and the office group has never been short or rude to us when we call in. Glad I didnt read any of these reviews before I gave them a shot, I may have been scared off.

Our agent, Richard Singer, provided valuable guidance on fixing up the property prior to sale. We were thrilled to receive multiple offers above listing price within days of putting it on the market. Richard communicated regularly throughout the process and guided us every step of the way. I highly recommend them for property management and sales.

I had a very pleasant experience leasing with Signature Leasing. They were very accommodating. I was in a unique situation where I only needed a place to live for 8 months before I got married and they were able to allow my timing to work out perfectly with my lease term. I also had an issue with a toilet and they sent a maintenance man out there and fixed it immediately. Overall they were very responsive and helpful with my emails and I recommend them to anyone.

I rented a house from Signature for 2 years and they never bothered me. When I moved in the water heater had to be replaced and it was done the same day. The staff was always nice to me when I spoke with them and when I dropped off the rent payments. If they read this stuff thank you. You helped me get into a house quicker then I thought was going to happen because of my credit and it was when I needed it the most. And you let me take in my friends dog when he deployed over seas. You have 5 stars from me

I love signature leasing they have worked with me every since I been with them these last w yra...they are quick with maintenance issues. They work with me on rent payments when I was late. I thought Id be evecticted but they allowed me to make a payment within that month. And I thank them for that.... they care about their tenants. I love my rental and Im so thankful to have it n a perfect location at a reasonable price. Close to my family they didnt raise the rent price after I renewed my lease. And I had no problem renewing every yr.. Im so blessed to afford it. My neighbors are awesome people . I wanna thank signature leasing for letting me have a chance enjoy my rental with no hassle or landlord issues u guys are honest and caring thank you . thru this pandemic . You given me a home most of all I really enjoy. I recommend everyone to do business with signature leaseing to find a rental or homeowners they are number 1#

I have a family member who has been renting from Signature Leasing for the last 4 years and she had nothing but great things to say about this company so she referred me over to them. We had the help of a realtor also who came across this property so when I found out that the property was listed under Signature leasing, I felt that it was fate and we contacted them immediately. Because of Covid, everyone is looking for housing and we had to move quickly because properties at this rental price dont last long. I worked with Lauren and Richard who understood our challenges with our credit history and they went above and beyond to help us in the application process. They were VERY responsive and often called to check on our progress with the application. With other applications coming in, we knew we had to move expeditiously. We submitted our application and Lauren followed up daily to insure we submitted everything. Within a day or so, she called back to inform us that we were approved for the home that we were seeking. We had to submit a little more on the deposit but we did so without haste and paid our deposit and first months rent. We were set to move in August 1st but because we had to vacate our other home (the landlord sold it and we were forced to moved) pretty quickly, Lauren and Richard agreed to allow us to move in before August 1st paying the prorated amount. We were officially moved in on July 23rd. The utilities were already on and we just had to transfer those utilities to our name and send them the confirmation. They were quite accommodating thru the entire process. We absolutely love our new residence. Even when I had concerns (there was an issue with the water set up in the Duncanville area) Lauren and Richard addressed it immediately. Also, there was a bit of a grey area on whether the residence had a refrigerator or not but they later confirmed that it didnt, so we had to buy a refrigerator. Although we just moved in, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Signature Leasing they are responsive and professional. I look forward to a long rental relationship with them. Lauren is absolutely the best and very friendly!

I have been renting through Signature for seven years -- a lovely little house in Lakewood on a beautiful, tree-lined street :-) I have read all of the reviews on this site and while I understand that no company is perfect, I can only say that my experience with Signature and all its personnel -- whether in the office, repairmen, etc. -- has been nothing but SUPERB. And I mean SUPERB. Over the course of seven years, only a handful of things have even gone wrong, but when something has needed to be replaced, e.g., water heater, it was done quickly and professionally. I trust the repairmen so much that I will allow them to do work in the house when Im not home (!) and if that is not a testament to their quality and caliber of professionalism, I dont know what is. Until I leased this house, I had always lived in apartments -- very high end apartments -- and I can tell you that 20 years of renting apartments and I NEVER got the kind of service and respect and personal attention that I have received from Signature Leasing over the past seven years. Richard, in particular, has been like a Personal Helper in every way since the day I moved in. He has always responded to my emails. He really CARES and it SHOWS, and I am grateful beyond words for all he and the personnel and repairmen at Signature have done for me over these past seven years :-) :-)

I have lived in the same house going on the 3rd year. I absolutely love this management company. Every time we have had any kind of an issue is submit a maintained request. Within a few minutes to a few hours we have someone calling to make an appointment or someone there fixing the issue. The people that come out to do the maintenance are always nice and know what they are doing.

We had a problem with our garage on Friday evening after the office was closed and Tom called the same night for more details. At 8:30 Saturday morning, Jerry came out to fix it and even repaired the other side so it wont break again. All, in under 30 minutes!

We have been with this company for over 3 years now and i must say it has been hasslefree and pain free! We love our home and neighborhood. The company will hold random events for there residents and i love that. Last year they did a costume contest for halloween to get $ off rent! The staff have always been pleasant even if they have bad news for you... I highly recommend renting with them if you get the chance. The only downfall is maintenance. If you need something done, it may never happen... Or youll have to do it yourself.. When they have come out, they were very professional and courteous and got the job done.. I imagine they just have a lot of work to do..

Signature is a class act. My fiancee and I rented a house in Dallas with Signature. The house has had some problems that were not in any way Signatures fault, but were Signatures responsibility to deal with.When I sent an email detailing the problems to Signature, they had people out to the house within a day. All their contractors have been professional, knowledgable, and kind. Id go with Signature again in a heartbeat.
