Where do I even begin! As an agent it can sometimes be a hassle to obtain compensation from a management company after referring a qualified tenant, BUT not Shannon Property….. they have cracked the code on how to efficiently streamline the screening process, lease contract, and communication with the agent to ensure a pleasant experience for all parties involved in the transaction. Quetz was the representative I communicated with on the transaction I was a part of, and by far the best I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of being a Realtor! 1000% I will recommend this management company to anyone!

Were grateful!Update: edited to a lower rating based on their choices for vendors. Some repair work was incomplete or low quality, needing another visit. Sprinkler company was dishonest charging undisclosed fee. Charged $120 for an estimate. They should review their vendor list and reconsider.

Shannon PM managed my rental property for 3 years and from the first introductory meeting explaining how it all works to the final “make ready” they were superb. They really take the time to ensure the property is well taken care of with or without a tenant in it. They were able to fill the property fast and with great tenants every time. Their fee is more than reasonable. They have excellent monthly reporting and notifications if there is a maintenance request or issue at the house. They made it very easy to completely forget I even had a rental property. They just took care of business even for a small time player with one single rental. They are extremely responsive for questions or concerns I, as a property owner had.If I had one criticism it would be the turn around time on making the property ready from one tenant to listing it for the next could be a little faster, but overall it never caused me any major issues.If you want the best treatment and most reliable and trustworthy property managers in Houston - the Shannon team is where you want to be.I really enjoyed my time working with them and if/when I decide to get back into the rental game - this is my first and last stop!

She didnt have to do that but Im so grateful for her kindness! Thank you!Edit: I have been in the apartment now for a about 2 months and just want to say how incredible Milton (maintenance) has been for the couple of repair requests Ive needed. He knows how to fix everything and when he came to fix my air conditioner, he not only fixed it but also checked the attic to fix the airflow into my bedroom, fixed that, then came down and fixed the lining around my front door because there was a small gap that was letting air out. He did so much extra that no one was expecting him to do today, and he did it on a Saturday which hes typically off on except at times like these when someone needs something fixed urgently. Still he took his time, went waaaay above what was expected of him, and was so kind and friendly as well. Truly an incredible maintenance worker and a great person in general. I submitted a request that my air conditioner wasnt working at 830pm Friday night, and by 9pm I had a message that they would fix it the next day, and I received a phone call from Milton before 10am that next morning, and by 4pm (4.5 hours of hard work in the heat later) it was not only fixed but itll be so much better than it was and my energy bill will be lower now that my air isnt escaping into the attic and out the front door, and my bedroom will finally be as cold as the other rooms! Im so pleased :)
