We have used SGI Property management for the last 3 years. They have helpful with any and all things needed in regards to our rental home. They communicate very well and if I have a question or problem they respond pretty quickly. I definitely recommend them as a property managers for your rentals. Amy Smith is awesome and is always in communication when in need.

With so many difficulties arising at once. I was searching for a rental home and was adamant about this home. No matter the major conflict with my previous landlord with a divorce brewing. Ms. Becky seemed as not only someone who is apart of a management company but seemed as a new found consultative manager. Can’t explain the amount of difficulty I faced. I really would recommend this management company. Move in smooth. She constantly communicates without questions left on the table. Thank you so much for helping me smooth out one solution of the many I’ll need to face in the future.

I contacted SGI in early 2019, looking for a company to help manage my rental property. It was my first rental and I was a little nervous. From start to finish this company has been amazing (Shout out to Amy!). I have worked with them for 5 years now. Your house...your investment...is important, and its a persons largest asset. You cant just sit on hold in a call center queue, during a busy day, wondering who is going to pick up and help you with life changing issues. So, Im glad SGI was always available to respond directly and with full transparency. Highly recommend!

SGI is truly a set it and forget it experience, complete peace of mind as they manage everything and only involve me when there is a major repair or consideration. This is the second property weve managed through SGI and I continue to be impressed with this service and how affordable it is, as well as the responsive and helpful representatives. There is absolutely no reason to manage a rental property on your own as long as this service is available, and so inexpensively.

Renting from SGI was very simple and easy. Once we obtained the place if we had a problem they came right out to fix it or sent the right person to fix it. The property we rented was clean, spacious and very nice in a quiet neighborhood.

They are great at keeping clear communication, collecting rent on time and keeping a very neat ledger about each individual property. You can trust them with handling the finances of your rental and getting repairs done in a timely manner. And they make themselves available and easy to reach. I love knowing exactly when the rent has been paid and that their accounting system is so smooth. They are and have been very kind and professional with us and the tenants in our homes. I had to rent out my home in the middle of pandemic, especially in the slowest month of December. I am so glad that I decided to go with Ryan from SGI. He made it happen for me. He gave me great insights on what the tenants look for in a rented house. He is very professional. His expertise helped find a good tenant in a matter of just few weeks. They have also been taking of tenant needs on a timely manner. Feeling relieved as a house owner.

The team at SGI has been great to work with. I have two properties that theyve managed for over a year and I have no complaints. They keep me in the loop on repair work being done and for big repairs (over $300) they give me different options and do all the legwork of finding contractors, scheduling, paying, etc. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good property manager.

I have worked with SGI for 2 years. They manage my 5 rental houses and do an excellent job. SGI can provide complete management or I can perform some repairs myself. SGI personnel are very easy to work with and provide an interface to the renters which minimizes stress. This is the main reason I did not get into rentals many years ago. SGI is also very accessible by phone, text or emails. All financial information is available on their web site. SGI provides detailed tax information for my accountant. These folks have been WONDERFUL to work with! They made the lease process so easy and trouble-free and took away all of the standard anxieties that come with with finding a home in a short time frame. Both Amy and Becky were always available and present and replied quickly to emails and calls. Even Josh was solid and stepped in for some of the initial correspondence. This Team is really on it. We would recommend then to anyone looking for a home.
