Mario was very responsive and so professional. He truly went above and beyond to make my move fast and easy. The pictures of the property were exactly as advertised. The online portal made every part of the moving process super easy, from signing the lease to making payments, everything is seamless. I am so happy with my rental, and from the other 5 star reviews, I am super confident that any and all maintenance issues will be addressed immediately. Mario is certainly looking out for both the landlord and the renter to insure both parties are pleased. Thank you Mario, you are doing an amazing job!!

Where do I even start? I read the reviews about Mario on here and I figured I would take a chance. I’m moving way from Texas to New Mexico so everything has been stressful, but when it came to FINALLY finding a house to rent Mario was excellent with us! There was no hassle and he made finding a house to rent way from Texas easy. The reviews definitely helped me make the decision to work with Mario. He is a blessing and I look forward to our new relationship with our property manager!

Luke Cordova and Santa Fe Property Management are just terrific. I am new to town, own a home elsewhere, and havent rented in many years, and Luke made renting a place as painless as that process can be. He is so courteous and professional -- he was extremely nice about me being late to an appointment; he took extra steps to ensure the place was clean; the company is responsive to maintenance issues. And hes a realtor so if, like me, you need to rent a furnished place while you look for a place to buy, hes a one stop shop.

Highly recommend! Their service is fantastic. Mario has helped me and my husband every step of the way. He never hesitates to respond, even if its after hours. He has gone above and beyond to help us secure a house throughout the holiday season which was not an easy feat.lol! Attentive and detail oriented. I had contact with the agent the entire time. He texted and emailed instructions on how to get into the property when we arrived, prior to us getting there. When we arrived the property is exactly how it looked in the photos. Overall extremely satisfied.

I lived in my apartment on Artist Road for a little over a year. Whenever I had an issue Luke and his assistant would get it taken care of right away. Also, what I really liked is that I could pay my rent with a credit card allowing me to get airline miles as I travel often. We recently had our hot water heater bust wide open at 4:30 p.m. causing a huge gush of water flowing out fast! I panicked and grabbed blankets as fast as I could. I immediately called Luke Cordova our property manager. He said he was on his way over. Luckily my husband walked in the door an hour earlier from work that day and shut off the water valve. I would have shut it off myself but I had no idea where it was. Im no plumber😉We are very lucky no more damage to carpet and our furniture was done and fortunate i was home. But most fortunate for us is we have a wonderful manager who immediately went to work rounding up a team of workers who could respond at that time of day. The hot water tank was replaced that night with a brand new one. The water in the carpets and hallways were vacuumed up right away. After several days of 3 blowing fans drying carpet, new baseboards and padding are complete! Thank you Luke for your fast and courteous attention. And on top of the panic and angst, Luke bought my husband and I dinner that night. We are very pleased tenants!

We had a very good experience working with Luke and Annette at Santa Fe Property Management, LLC. They were easy to work with and quick to respond to any problems that came up. They went beyond what was required when we had to move even though we had several months left on the lease. They worked quickly to rent the unit and released us from our lease. We would definitely work with them again if we ever move back to Santa Fe.

By far, Santa Fe Property Management has consistently been our overall best experience due to their:*efficient and effective management*excellent communication and website tools*relationship cultivation of both owners and renters*striving to procure the best Fair Market rents*ultimately saving us money thru proactive repairs*seamless transition between rental agreementsIt is very important to us that whoever manages our property, that they are responsive and fair to the renter’s needs as well. We feel SFPM has found a professional and balanced approached to advocating fairly for both owner and renter.Because we are so pleased with the overall service we receive, we are considering getting another rental investment in Santa Fe, rather than a different city/state, just so that SFPM can manage it.

I am just now moving out of an apartment managed by Luke Cordova and I have to say that it was a good experience. There were a few maintenance problems in the apartment early on, but everything was fixed quickly and dealt with professionally. The apartment was also very reasonably priced. Overall I would say that they are easy to contact and very willing to work with you.

I have only been here in this apartment 1 month and i already feel very comfortable i had a few maintence issues when i moved in but they have been taken of mario is the person i dealt with when i got my apartment he was so much help and a very nice person olivia is alot of help too she is on top of maintence and you always get call back to make sure the job got done which is something that never happened at the apartments i moved from. maintence would show up to do the work 2 weeks later if at all. i am glad i moved here and i know i will be happy here

Pedro, the maintenance/inspector, was efficient and did the job of installing a new garbage disposal quickly. He also repaired the faucet to the shower. He is a master at repairing household items. He is polite and honest. He is certainly a good employee! I would highly recommend him.
