Since minus day one of my lease, the service has met more than my expectations. I’ve made a couple of (usual) maintenance requests and they were more than prompt with a reply and follow through. I look forward to continuing my stay and highly recommend them.

Have been living under this management company for at least 12 months plus and never had a problem any time I have made it work order. It might take 48 hours like normal for someone to come out. But amazing Ive never had a problem with any of my management at all. Never been bothered one time. God bless everyone Merry Christmas.

Where do I start?. First off I must say about dealing with Mr Dennis is he is very respectful and a cool guy. He was nice enough to hold the place for me until I was able to move from my previous apartment into this home. Anytime I need it anything fixed ASAP he would do his very best to get someone out immediately to take care of it with no hesitation.Overall very great price especially for a house which you will rarely find elsewhere. Overall I rate him a great landlord and would definitely rent again 👍🏽

I lived in one of their properties for over 5 years. Mr. Dennis was great and that’s who I’m reviewing. Outside of Dennis, there wouldn’t be a 5 star review from me. I only moved because I needed a bigger place & they didn’t have anything I could move into at the time.

Lived in one of their properties for almost 3 years now. The 2 Brothers Dennis & Lucas are very respectful helpful down to earth and willing to work with you. If something is an issue as issues do tend to happen in older houses they send someone out right away to fix it. Never had an issue with them nothing but respect for their entire office and businessas a whole. Ive sent a few people to them over the years as well and so far I havent heard from any of them with any major concerns problems or issues either

Stayed at one of there properties for 3 years plus and I like it. They are very good and getting maintenance to your house after request. They didn’t bother you as long as your rent is paid. Very cool people

Family operated. I have been renting with them for about four years. I must say, I am very satisfied. They are quick to get someone out here when something needs to be checked or fixed. They are friendly and respectful every time we speak. I live in a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom home in a wonderful safe neighbourhood. Dennis is my favourite landlord, never lets me down, thank you! As a whole Ruiz Property ROCKS!

Mr.Ruiz is very helpful and considerate. The website updates every week and the application is very easy to fill out online. If there is more information they need from you they will reach out via text which is very helpful for those who work a lot. Very nice and affordable prices and great front office. Would recommend this place for those who are looking for renting.

Tri took me yesterday to the Ruiz Property Connection Office on Vaughn i believe in those few minutes of a car drive there so she could introduce me to her landlord Dennis for the first time had my anxiety out the door sky high like big time but Tri speaks so highly about Dennis Ive heard nothing but how hes someone who is stearn yet is always there to help or support in anyway possible to his means hes a landlord who e listens who whole heartaly emotionally invested 10000% & some 24/7/365 someone who doesnt see his tenants as paychecks

We do appreciate the quick responses to maintenance requests. They have one man who does maintenance repairs better than anyone else we have had to use in apartment settings before. Family owned so they are on same team and we as tenants can see that. Just follow your lease terms and live peacefully. When we see posts on social media reuquesting places for lease, we send them ruiz property connections webpage link. The only thing i do wish they did was allow 6 month lease terms after renting with them so long. Will be with them 2 years next July. Do not want another 1 year lease, just possibly 6 months but wasnt allowed that this time after 1 year lease completed.
