Jennifer was wonderful in fixing my HVAC thermostat issues. The batteries had died and she came and helped replace them and also taught me how to replace them myself, which types I needed, and recalibrated the thermostat temperature and door sensors. Excellent service and professional approach that went above and beyond. -

My AC quit on Friday, August 11...12 days later it gets fixed. Not one single email response regarding the matter...nuff said.Update: The regional manager,Karen Swanzy, responded to my email within an hour! Thank you for changing my attitude to the positive! -
