    For the most part, when I deal with customer service at any company, I hang up with a feeling that Im not really satisfied with the outcome. Maybe they tried to rush the issue and not really walk me thru the problem or just didnt understand my frustration with whatever. I can truly say that my recent phone call with RowCal solved my problem but did it quickly with what almost seemed like smile on their face. (Really) I was impressed. I was ready for battle and I got someone to hand me a quick solution and I was happy.

    Chris Harrell: Rowcal Lead AccountantI was fortunate to work with Chris on an extremely short and urgent insurance funds movement process. Our HOA was being threatened with a lawsuit and we were desperate for a knowledgeable advocate at Rowcal. I happened to get Chris on the phone and from minute one, he proved to be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. He immediately instilled confidence in me and helped put me at ease. Additionally, I appreciated his positive attitude and kindness.Chris listened to my needs and took time from his busy day to help us track down these insurance funds. This work was not in his wheelhouse, but that didnt stop him from immediately diving in and investigating. We are indebted to Chris for his diligence as he worked to ensure the process was expedited and smooth. Again, even though 90% of this effort was not under his domain, Chris continued to communicate with our HOA to ensure we knew every step of the process. Rowcal is very fortunate to have Chris on their team.

    Netti De La Garza is an excellent manager. She has an attention to detail that is second to none and makes me feel like I matter and not just another account she has.In my opinion, she doesn’t get paid enough for all that she does. When I have a problem, she gets right on it and gets it fixed before I can even think about it. From the late night maintenance issues to the lawn, she has everything under control. I don’t even have to worry or think about it anymore.It is my hope that she never leaves because we’ve had some that were not as good and we suffered as a result.

Weve struggled with inactive managers for more than 20 years. Netti is a go-getter, really a proactive advocate and representative for our community. We look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.

    As our communities HOA president, I cant say enough good things about RowCals management. Even though we are a small community we are treated just as good as the big guys. Their staff is amazing, specifically Eddie. He always returns my calls which is rare because most of the time hes there to answer his phone. Plus, his knowledge in every aspect of running an HOA is immensely helpful. Furthermore, their owner website is easy to use and makes getting info to our residents a breeze as well as paying our dues in a timely manner. Like I said, cant say enough good things. I would recommend their services to any community looking for a trusted management company.

    I have lived at Zilkr on the Park fot six years now, And I was here when Javier, and later Rosie, came on as management. They have been attentive to our needs as residents. When we had a horrible water leak situation, Javier helped make sure we were situated in a hotel and helped oversee reimbursement from HOA. Meanwhile, he assisted with contracting for extensive repairs. Another example would be When Rosie replaced my misbehaving fob for FREE (and it’s still functioning perfectly a year later ). I have to mention the time that I damaged the front gate accidentally, and Javier replied after hours on a holiday from out of town and assured me that I did not need to worry about it!! He has been very supportive of the yoga classes I offer to residents. Most recently, Javier assisted with some beautification projects on the property. I just wanted to appreciate this management team. I recognize that it cannot be an easy job!

    Update: I was contacted by RowCal immediately to resolve the matters with the missing payments and even let me know of another account that we where not aware yet there was an issue. Chissy McAnally called and provide outstanding customer service.We are a property management company. We currently have three owners that have missing cashed payments. We have messaged and provided proof of the cashed payments from the bank to RowCal and there attorney and no one will acknowledge or give the credit for the missing payments.

    Thank you for your employee, Téa Basquez. Téa has been our property manager since May, 2024 and has impressed us with her speedy response to problems on our property. We are an older community with an aging infrastructure. We have needed emergency assistance with water and power outages caused by construction in the land next door to the property. Téa seems to work 24/7 for these types of issues. She responds quickly when we reach out to her for assistance. She is timely with getting us information from the communitys attorney for collections. I was on the POA board for 6 years myself, during a period of rapid property development, and I am very familiar with the manager review and selection process, the ongoing relationships between an HOA/POA and property manager, and all the ups and downs. Vanessa is literally one of the best Resale specialists I have encountered with out of all the other Austin HOA Management companies. The Resale documents she provides are always so thorough an concise in regards to the HOA communities and the particular property. The transactions from beginning to end are always so smooth, not just for us as a Title company, but for our clients as well.     As an HOA rep. for American Homes 4 Rent, I deal with dozens of management companies on a daily basis. I can happily say that Pioneer Real Estate is one of the companies I dont hesitate to call if I ever have a question in regards to a property we own. I have never had an issue getting a live person to talk to, and they are always able to solve my issue or answer my questions right then and there. The only reason why I didnt give them a full 5-star rating is because the one thing that really makes a great management company in my opinion is having full access of your account through an online portal, which unfortunately looking at their website, though nice, is currently lacking this function. Other than that, great customer service, and a wonderful happy team who doesnt outsource your problems or questions to another department. Surely better than the majority of management companies I deal with on a daily basis.
