Nice and quiet Community. The office was a little hard to find at first. I would suggest better signage leading up to the office other than that this community is our top pick. Great promotions going on and it the perfect place for my family and I. Melissa the New Manager is a firecracker. She is full of positivity and turned my bad day into a great one. She was so positive and willing to help us and made us feel very comfortable with the application process. We came in looking to rent but she sold us on purchasing a home. It just makes better sense to buy. We cant wait to start moving in.

The community was nice and quiet when I came to view the home for the first time. The office staff was very welcoming and (Jennifer) was really informative and helpful during the process

We’ve been here a few months now and can honestly say we love it! We looked for months at apartments and houses and finally got approved here. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and people never bother us but people are kind enough to stop and ask us if we’d like to come to an event or if an envelope on the ground is ours. The house was clean and spacious the second I walked in to view it. The front office (Melissa) is soooo kind and generous and helpful! She knows her stuff and is always happy to answer questions and always has a smile for us. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and they take good care to keep the place clean and working smoothly. Plus, you can’t beat the location, with it being a few minutes from Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, CVS, and a bunch of fast food places.

Mathew Loe was really nice and fair when it came to our move out inspection he went above and beyond to help us and made sure we knew every process. He is very informative and was really helpful with all of our questions. We love the property and the neighbors all get along like a family community. A great place to live in a great location. I just moved here and I absolutely love it here. Staff is very nice and courteous. They made sure our first night was great. Its more like a community I just love it. Its quiet and peaceful.

Ive lived here now for 5 months and the place is very nice, the trailers are very kept up, playground in the pool are all so well maintained, so much for the kids to do in such a nice neighborhood

So far its ok. Its not too easy to get work orders completed but it does eventually get done. The people are super sweet. Nice quiet community.
