Mike Ripperger and Charlene Ledbetter helped me acquire rental properties in 2014 which led to contracting with Ripperger Property Management for my properties. Being new to owning rental properties, it was the best decision I could have made. The tenant management, support, contractor references and flexibility to do my own work has been perfect for me. Having the Picket Fence Team for real estate advice and counsel under the same roof is an unmeasurable benefit!

I LOVE Ripperger Property Managment, their whole team of staff, the family, office, reponse time, kindness to me and the residents, professional while personable. Integrity, openness and honesty, easy to work with, beyond easy, pleasant, warm and fun. Ive know Mike and Bettina Ripperger and their extended family for years through work, neighbors, church and friends and community involvement. They are creative, dedicated, faithful and great all around. I highly recommend that you use them for all your real estate needs as well as their other work such as faith based travel and more.

From finding the perfect tenant for the property to dealing with major or minor repair issues, they perform flawlessly. No detail is too small for their attention. Thank you, entire Ripperger team.

Our landlord uses them for property management. Ive never had to wait for resolution of issues for very long. Madeline (no longer there but deserves recognition) Larry and Marsha work so hard to make sure if that.
