I have worked for/with Ridgeline Management Company for 13 years. Over this time I have seen many changes, most for the good. They always answer my questions, continuously provide me with training and education to help me be a better administrator, and have gone above and beyond to ensure the care and safety of residents and staff during this trying pandemic. Our mission statement is carried out in every policy and procedure and I am grateful to have had over a decade to watch this company grow. They celebrate me, my amazing team, and are always there when I need them. I am proud to be apart of Ridgeline! -
