David with Ridge Pointe Real Estate is hands down, absolutely one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has been my commercial realtor for 5 years. He is so responsive and worked me for over a year to find the perfect commercial space for my business! He went to bat for me and negotiated the best possible rate and terms available. Since we leased that space 2 years ago, I have called him several times and he is his extremely attentive. He will come by my business just to check on me and see how were doing! I cannot recommend David and his team enough. They are the most knowledgeable agents in the commercial real estate realm!

As a growing Commercial Real Estate Development Company it has not always been that easy working with Commercial Real Estate Brokers over the years. Last year we started looking for new sites in the Rockwall area and were fortunate to come across one of Ridge Pointes signs on a property we were interested in.
