My experience with this company has been great!! This company has demonstrated excellence. I secured the property from a long distance and upon arrival everything was as stated with expertise. The care and diligence of this company is a breath of fresh air. Thank you again for going above and beyond. The maintenance team is very professional, timely, and took care of everything notated on my walk through report the very next day. The maintenance team went above and beyond and the office coordinated everything with such professionalism. The community is quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. All in all 20 out of 10!

    I have my 4plex managed with them, they have been very professional, communication has been efficient by always keeping me in the loop of what’s going on and hassle free with the process for the tenants that moved in.     I came here on my own terms to show appreciation of the staff, and how fast their customer service was. I believe they do their best to help every situation that is being taken in action, and do what they can to facilitate a smooth solution to reach a positive effect to both parties. Garett, was in fact on of the associates who helped me consistently on an issue i had with my rent payments. Very pleasant, understanding, compassionate and attentive. I believe you have to communicate properly, and comply with all the rules and agreements, to build a healthy professional relationship in order to reach a solution. Garett was able to do that, and I am very appreciative of him. Do not listen to bad reviews, make your own judgment, and remember that we’re all humans just doing our best.Overall, I have no complaints about their customer service, or the rental property. In all my years of leasing, this is the best experience i’ve had so far.

    I have been renting from this company for several years now and often have passable service...until this week. The new staff is amazing!!! David and Jasmine were so professional - even though I was a bit crazy with issues- and they made arrangements to take care of everything. They kept me updated and were easy to contact every time. The maintenance supervisor, Jose, was absolutely phenomenal!! He was prompt and addressed my issues efficiently and effectively. He was super professional and even made arrangements with me to fix some other things that were pending forever! They truly restored my confidence in this companys ability to get stuff done right!!     From buying the property to having them manage my property I have been 100% satisfied and recommend. Irene helped make the buying process smooth and was able to coordinate everything in a timely manner between all parties involved. Irene, Yami and the rest of the team fully rented out my property before closing and communication is always quick and easy to have! Since I’m always working outside of the country; one of my units is used as an Airbnb, so they even helped order decorations and furniture. Then they got it all set up and installed for me while I was away. I appreciate all the help and service!

    My husband and I had been looking for a home with a yard for our fur babies for over a year. After much trial and error, (and rejection because of the breed of our dogs) Rent Now RGV helped us find the home we were looking for in the exact location we wanted. Our leasing agent, Cuper Salinas was always communicating with us throughout the process to ensure all our concerns were handled before moving in. Even after we moved in she would follow up to ensure we were settling in well. In the rare instance we have needed maintenance done, it has been completed the same day we requested.
