    Iā€™ve been living here for a few months now, and it has been a great experience. The place is well-maintained and secureā€”being gated was something I was looking for in a complex. This community feels safe, comfortable, and well-managed. Both the front office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.The amenities are great. The pool is well-kept and spacious. The gym is clean and has everything I need for a good workout, and its just a short walk away from my apartment. Another huge plus is the park right across the street.

    Renaissance at North Park is absolutely the finest luxury living Apartments. The staff is very professional each one Whitney, Holly and Hailey are just so sweet and helpful. Manager, Theresa well you cant get any better manager then her, she is the nicest and easy to talk to and works out whatever the issue might be. šŸ‘ Thank uI can not forget to mention the maintenance men, Jacob Thomas and Roger are so professional and work quickly to your satisfaction. They are prompt and clean up after theirselves. They are polite and very nice. Thank ušŸ‘All around just a beautiful place apartments are roomy, lots of storage and so comfy and the landscaping is amazing.

    This place is by far the BEST apartment complex in all of Texas. I mean the ladies at the front Ms. Hali & Whitney & Holly are extremely amazing, respectful, and friendly. Maintenance is always extremely quick and friendly, the grounds are extraordinarily well kept, amenities are awesome etc. 10/10 would recommend living here to any and everyone considering it.Also having nice full size washers and dryers included while keeping rent as reasonable as they do is a massive bonus!!I have been here for years and it genuinely only gets better, plus their rent paying is SO smooth. Do yourself a favor if youā€™re in Lubbock and in need of an Apartment, whether it be short or long term, you will not be disappointed and thatā€™s a fact!

    I canā€™t say enough about the staff here at the Renaissance.! They had me feeling like family in a matter of 30 minutes. Theyā€™re just so welcoming, kind and truly want the best for their tenants.If youā€™re in the market for an apartment in a good location with staff that care about their tenants.     I have loved living here! It is quiet with nice amenities at a good price- very spacious, granite countertops, washer and dryer included. Plus a really nice pool. Never had any issues and maintenance is always quick and helpful. Highly recommend living here!

    The Renaissance is a FANTASTIC apartment complex! Our unit is incredible, and the front office and maintenance are always quick to respond whenever we have an issue. Location is also great with a park close by as well as a movie theatre and various food options. Cant recommend the Renaissance enough!

    Best apartment complex in Lubbock. Management is easy to communicate with. Amenities are accessible and are easy to rent if needed. Clean. The on site peace officer is willing to help if ever needed and the maintenance men are great .My daughter has enjoyed living here since 2020!

    If you are looking for apartments in Lubbock, this is the best place! The office staff, Whitney, Hali, & Holly are always nice and welcoming, and willing to help you! The maintenance workers are also very fast with any concerns you may have as well! Definitely recommend to everyone!

    If you are looking for an apartment that makes you feel at home with all the amenities, Renaissance at North Park is for you. Our daughters lived here during their time at Tech, and as a parent, I couldnt have found a better place for them to live. I feel this is a quiet and family oriented apartment complex of which we loved. Not only does Renaissance offer modern decor, the facilities are top notch. And what makes this place stand out even more, is the wonderful office management and staff.

    Iā€™ve been living here for about a year and a half and itā€™s been great! Itā€™s a quiet, gated community with super helpful office staff. Iā€™ve never had any issues, and all of my maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner. I plan on renewing my lease again when the time comes!

    Have lived here since 2020 and havenā€™t moved out of this complex because it is great. Amenities are accessible and clean. Office staff is very friendly, especially Whitney and Halle. Easy to communicate with. Prompt maintenance. Will continue to live here until I have to leave Lubbock in 2027.

    Was most impressed with Renaissance at North Park while checking safe apartment communities in Lubbock. The environment was inviting even as you drove up. Had studied the amenities and floor plans before visiting and was not disappointed. Was greeted warmly by the staff and felt they were genuine in their desire to make the community pleasant for all. In the end did move from Lubbock but if return in years to come will check for availability.

    I absolutely love these apartments. The staff are the icing on the top. The girls in the office are very professional and incredibly helpful!!!     Our review is for the ladies in the office. Weve been living in a one-bedroom for approximately 5-6 years now. We initially met Hali, and she is one of the most personable, likable, and helpful gals weve met in all the places we lived when we came to Lubbock 12 years ago. The other staff members are Alisa and Whitney who we have not known for long, but they both are friendly and courteous and answer our questions.We feel very comfortable when entering the office, met with smiling faces, and knowing we will get answers to any questions or positive results to any issue. Not only that, but they have a chocolate candy bowl that my husband cannot pass up!!

    My move into the Renaissance Apartments was an easy process from start to finish, thanks to the lovely staff. And so far, I enjoy living here and love the amenities. Can I hear my upstairs neighbor walking around every now and then? Yes - but in what fantasy world does that NOT happen in an apartment complex? Overall, its a quiet neighborhood thats well maintained and professionally staffed.

    Hands down my favorite apartment Ive ever lived in (which have been quite a few through undergrad, grad school, and now working). The leasing office was ALWAYS great to me. Every single employee I interacted with was so kind. I never really had any issues that required an office visit, but they made an impression just from the small amount of time I spent in there grabbing a packages and paying rent. The maintenance team is incredible. They were always insanely quick and happy to help with anything I needed. They were also a friendly face Id see in the morning on my way to school... always smiling and telling me to have a great day. The landscaping was the most beautiful Ive seen at any apartment, and it was very well kept. Ive relocated to Austin for work but I genuinely miss living at Renaissance!My sister now lives at this complex per my recommendation and she also loves it.

    The Renaissance is a wonderful place to live. It has all the amenities a person could ask for. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and a place everyone will want to spend time at. The management and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are attentive, caring, professional, and help make you feel right at home. Ive been here for 4 years and 8 months and have enjoyed every moment. Though there have been many new apartment complexes built since I moved in, I still chose to remain at the Renaissance.     What a beautiful place to live! Ashleigh has been very helpful and friendly from day one, and she worked relentlessly to help us get the apartment we need. There is plenty of room for me, my husband, and our precious dog, Queenie. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner, and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the services. The location is perfect because we can get anywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. The on-site courtesy officers provide a feeling of safety to our homes. We could not ask for a better apartment complex!

    We love our apartment here. Weve never had a noise problem, and the apartments are gorgeous. My wife, five-year-old son, and myself have a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and its just beautiful. The bathrooms are spacious, granite countertops throughout, beautiful flooring, and we have a really nice, expansive balcony. Taller (9 ft. throughout) ceilings make all the difference in making the space feel so much bigger, and utilities are really nice as well. Comes with a washer/dryer that work amazingly well, and everything is energy efficiency. Our bills are literally half of what they were before we moved here. Management has been easy to work with, no real issues that I can think of. Were also just across the street from a pretty nice neighborhood park, which is perfect. Overall, we love it here.

    North side of town gated oasis that is family and pet friendly. The team really makes sure any wants or issues are resolved that day, and I appreciate that. The amenities are A+. I have lived in the complex going on 4 years and they make living here easy. I travel for work and it makes life easier knowing that everything is taken care of. The park to the west is great for dogs or for a jog. I appreciate the ladies in the front desk that are so patient and kind with any question or concern. The maintenance team is the same way, they are so helpful and willing to do any little request asked of them. I love my large balcony and that it is so quite. For as many people that live there, it nice to sit outside and it still be calm.

    I absolutely love living here! These apartments are incredibly nice, community is gated, and the staff is very helpful (had a problem with my dryer in the first month and the maintenance man came the same day, and when he couldnt fix it, he replaced the whole thing the next day). For me, there are 2 main cons (people dont clean up their dogs poop in the grass, and the floors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors above walking), but the good outweighs the bad by a long shot in my opinion.

    We have lived at the Renaissance for over 3 years, and it has been a pleasant experience. The landscape is beautifully designed and people work hard to keep the place well-maintained. The front office ladies and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. From our window, we can view trees, a fountain, and birds. I wake up in the morning hearing birds chirping. It is so calming and enjoyable in our busy lives. We also enjoy walking around Richard Lopez Park, which is just next to the complex. Many of the residents are medical students, retirees, and professionals, so there are no big parties. It is pretty quiet. We highly recommend this complex!

    Great apartment complex. Stayed with them around 5 years. Nice management and staff, very accessible and timely maintenance for utilities, and dog friendly. They recently added outdoor fences to some of the first floor units which was a great addition. Nice park for jogging, walking dogs outside of the complex.

    This is the best apartment complex in Lubbock! I have lived here since 2013 and it gets better every year. The apartments are well maintained as is the beautifully landscaped common areas. The pool, gym and business center are a big plus and all well maintained. The rental office staff and maintenance staff are some of the nicest people around. And you can have pets! The complex is quiet, and safe. Itā€™s a pleasure to live here.

    I have lived at Renaissance at NorthPark for four months and my experience has been great thus far. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. Staff communicates politely and effectively. Hali in particular goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy living here. Shes amazing! Only thing that is not so great are the thin walls.     Iā€™ve stayed in numerous apartments in west Texas, and this is by far the best one. We havenā€™t had any issues here, management is great, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. They allow pets and have a great grounds team that makes sure the apartments are always clean regarding pet waste. The pool area is so beautiful in the summertime. We love it here!

    Unfortunately, I am leaving this astounding property due to relocation with my job as a physician. My extended stay here has been short of perfect. The Manager has went above and beyond to cater to my every need as a resident. The Office staff are friendly and always greeted me with a smile and a hearty Hello upon every visit. The Maintenance crew were seldom called but on the rare occasion I needed them, they were very competent and speedy. I will truly miss this place that I have calledHome for such a long time. Especially, the cleanliness of my apartment. That is hard to find. I would highly recommend this reputable apartment property.

    My husband and I have lived in this apartment for 3 1/2 years. First off, the apartment complex is clean and has great curb appeal. Management has been professional about addressing any issues that have come up immediately. As we live over the garage, at one point the car underneath us had a gas leak and was releasing fumes into our apartment. Management immediately contacted the owner of the vehicle and had them remove it from the garage until the solution was fixed.Maintenance staff is always very friendly! They show up between 2 to 4 PM to fix any issues you have that have been reported to the front office and are always determined to get things working right! They are so personable and professional following Covid precautions!This location is so close to the hospital and Texas tech which makes it so convenient for working or studying professionals! Grateful for my positive experiences here!

    Best apartment complex Iā€™ve lived in. I lived at the Renaissance for 1 year, and the only reason I am leaving is because I recently purchased a home. From the first moment I walked in to the leasing office, this apartment has gone above and beyond my expectations. First, they were able to help me move in immediately. At the time, I was in a lease with another complex in Lubbock that forced me to end that lease early, which left me in a weird spot. Renaissance was quick to help me secure a lease with them and get me out of a bad situation.I wish I could speak more to their maintenance team, but I only needed to put in a request once in the year that I lived here. That request was handled immediately, and the maintenance team was at my door within a couple of hours. This was really impressive to me because at other apartments Iā€™ve lived at I was used to waiting days before someone would come out.The apartments themselves are really top quality in Lubbock. Also, the complex as a whole is nicely maintained and has a very classy feel to it. There is also a public park outside the gate which is really nice to have access to.The staff up front are rockstars too. They were always friendly, personable, and helpful anytime I went into the office. It also meant a lot to me that they would remember who I was and ask about specific things going on in my life.I will continue to recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment in Lubbock. I genuinely enjoyed living here, and I am thankful for the great year I lived here.

    I have lived in apartments for a decade, and here for four years now. This is by far the best place I have ever lived in. The number one thing that I love is the maintenance staff! Submitted requests are done ASAP and usually within 24 hours. Front office staff are incredibly nice as well. They recently implemented online payments for rent, which the lack of was pretty much my only con before. They also have two Peloton bikes in the gym which is amazing!

    I lived at this community for nearly 4 years. Out of all the apartments I have lived in this one is my absolute favorite!!! From the quality of the apartments to the ease of accessibility.     They have an easy to use online maintenance request system and I always get a quick response. They have constant upkeep on all of the plant life around the property which keeps it looking good year round. They have one of the nicest if not THE nicest pool area of any complex in Lubbock. The property is gated, which gives me peace of mind about my vehicle and the items I leave on my back porch.

    When my daughter went to Tech, she wanted to live in an upscale apartment complex that was not like the apartments in the area of the University. We were looking for a family like atmosphere, quiet and safe place for her to call home. The minute we toured Renaissance, saw the quality of the apartments and grounds, and met the manager and staff, we knew 100% this would be the place she would call home for the next few years. Over the next 4 years, our other two daughters lived at this awesome place as well. Theresa and staff were the best we could have asked for as renters. I couldnt have imagined the girls living anywhere else!

    This is by far the nicest Apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is luxurious and the covered parking is free. The pool area is very nice and especially welcome on these hot Texas days. I have found the management to be very nice, very professional and quick to respond to any of my questions.     Have been living here since moving to the US eight months ago and can say I totally feel safe here as a female healthcare professional. My apartment is stunning with incredible sunset views and a spacious balcony from which to watch the summer rain storms roll in.     I have lived at the Renaissance Apartments in Lubbock, Texas for the past year. The apartment complex has been perfect in every respect. The apartments are clean, modern, light and airy. The parking is plentiful and free. The gated community aspect of the complex gives one a sense of security. And the residents of the apartments, who tend to be professional people working at the University or the Hospital, seem very respectful of one another. There is no untoward noise whatsoever. My work as a physician at the University Medical Center is exceedingly time and energy intensive. When I finally get home to rest, I know that my apartment will be tranquil and quiet, a place where I can re-energize for the demands of the next day.I must also plainly state that the staff who run the Renaissance are some of the most professional, friendly, and competent people you will ever be fortunate enough to interact with. Theresa and Hali have been fixtures in the Office for my entire stay here in Lubbock, and they are invariably so very welcoming. They continually treat me as though I were family. I know that I can trust them with my concerns, and any issue I might have will be dealt with immediately.I am moving to Houston now, but I will miss my stay here at the Renaissance. I will count myself lucky if I can find an apartment complex in Houston as inviting, friendly, and beautiful as the Renaissance. Going forward, The Renaissance will be the standard by which I measure any other place I might live. I have been supremely happy here. Thank you, Theresa and Hali, for an incredible year.

    This place is gorgeous. The fixtures inside are updated, my apartment has an island in the kitchen which is nice. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance service is top notch. It also helps that the area is very quite and you are right down the road from The Alamo, Cantina Laredo, and West Crust. I highly recommend this place!As far as the negative reviews go, it sounds like they need to get better with their accounting and communication skills with their residents. But dont let that discourage you from checking this place out. It is fantastic and for the price I believe you get what you pay for.

    I stayed here for 2yrs and loved it. I moved because i had to move to Chicago but if i was still in Lubbock i would stay nowhere but at Renaissance. Jenny in the office is amazing. Always helpful and very friendly.I did see dog poop sometimes but thats no matter where you go. People need to be responsible. We cant control that. Signs everywhere about that.This place is friendly. Very safe. I would walk at night and felt safe. 5* star for sure.

    It will be my fourth year living here and I absolutely love it! I am a graduate student at TTUHSC and I have been enjoying my time here. it has always been the perfect location for me and the maintenance has always been very reliable with quick turn around times. the one thing I think can be improved on however is the fitness center. the treadmills are a little outdated . but other than that it has been a pleasure to live here and I highly recommend it.

    The Renaissance is perhaps the nicest apartment complex in Lubbock County. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained and the staff is always attentive. Love the red tile roofs and beautiful balconies and patios. The landscaping is gorgeous and well kept. The complex is like a green oasis on the north side of town. It seems that most of the people living here are professionals (at TTU or the hospital) and some graduate students. People here seem to be very respectful of one another.

    As a resident of the Renaissance Apts. for five years; I confirm this complex as THE ABSOLUTE BEST in Lubbock Texas. As a physician, I sought a top tier complex that offered a quiet place, convenient to the medical district with an enclosed garage. The Renaissances had, hands down the best offerings in Lubbock. it s been a pleasure to live here! Amenities are great, maintenance response is fast, sometimes immediate. The manager is superb and helped coordinate parking lot clearing during the Goliath blizzard. Office staff is available, helpful and pleasant. Grounds crews keep keep the property in immaculate condition. I have recommended this complex to two friends who now live here and are very happy with the facility. Best lease property in Lubbock! recommend to all without reservation.

    Iā€™m truly sad to leave the Renaissance. If I didnā€™t need a backyard for my dog, I would never leave. I never had a noise issue (sometimes not even realizing that the apartment above was occupied), and the maintainence team is fabulous. 90% of the time when I put an order in, usually for lightbulbs, within an hour somebody is there (Glen, Thomas, and Chris are the best! I lived across from their little maintainence building. I saw them every morning leaving for work and they always said good morning. They knew when I was out of town or when someone took my usual parking space. Forever grateful for you guys making me feel safe. ) . The management is really great and looked out for me. This was my first apartment, I was away from home for the first time, and I lived alone. Itā€™s safe, quiet, and the front office is great. I never had a billing issue, and I really believe that they are fair. I donā€™t want to leave. Vacancies in these apartments are RARE. Youā€™ll see why. Also the pool is great and the gym is well stocked. Never had a major issue at these apartments. These are not the typical college student apartments. I was by far the youngest tennant in my building by about 6-8 years. I donā€™t party and I just wanted to focus on school. Rowdiness is nipped in the bud quickly, for which I am thankful. So glad I picked the renaissance, and if the time comes for me to ever be in an apartment again, these are by far my first choice. Theresa and the girls up front will go above and beyond for their tennants. My family is so grateful for this wonderful experience. -KM

The insulation in the buildings is so good that my electric bill in the hottest part of summer was only $90!I did not get paid to make this review. In fact, the Renaissance event room was so nice that I used it as my wedding venue. Renaissance is definitely worth every penny. I would recommend a tuscany or florence floor plan.
