I have to tour houses on weekends because I am working remotely in Fort Worth. I have been looking for almost a month. To my surprise many property managers will not show on weekends. Reliable Management made a way. I met Rebecca, she was awesome! This is the 2nd property she has shown me. I was quite pleased with our interactions. When I leave messages they answer and call me backpromptly. I will be willing to work with Reliable, so far they live up to their name.

When we first moved into our lease home it was rocky at first but then there were some changes in personnel and Scharlette took over and she literally handles everything with such professionalism that it’s a game changer! We love Reliable Management now and appreciate so much all their hard work and attention to our needs when we need to call on them! Also I love that we can have our monthly rent auto drafted from our account so that I don’t have to run by there every month to pay the rent!!

Lately Ive had some issues, but as soon as I call someone is there the same day or the very next day and the problem is fixed unless they have to order something, then it the very next day. They staff is so nice, friendly and respectful.. the maintenance department always always try to solve my problem as soon as possible, they are so helpful when I call and that really eases my mind and relieves some of my stress just knowing they will come out anytime of day or night.. Theyre MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT is ABSOLUTELY GREAT

I had emailed about a few problems around my home that I needed help with. Sandy was quick to turn in a maintenance order and Mr.Paul came the next morning. He fixed some issues we had, even informed me on how to upkeep a few places around the house.The next day sweet Ernie(I believe that’s his name) came and fixed the rest of what was wrong that Paul wasn’t able to do. Every time Ernie comes to my house he is quick and efficient with his work. He is a great employee and very good at his job.

Theyre OK. And yes, I would recommend them, but once you get into the property, its the maintenance you have to worry about. They are great when they show up. Theyre very nice & can do their job. Its just getting them out to your property in a timely manner once you call. Thats really the only complaint I have against them.

Every Maintenance person that has come to repair anything has always been kind, courteous, punctual and time efficient since 2019 to current.They have followed the issue and always followed up quickly if the repair had issues.All Reliable Management office personnel have always been wonderful and kind to me. Reliable Management is a great place to rent a home from.

I had an issue with my dishwasher, and Paul came by and took care of us very well. He was extremely nice and educated us on how to maintain, troubleshoot and work with our dishwasher. My wife and I have rented from Reliable Management for almost 4 years now. Initially, we were looking for a place we could call a safe home as we were fixing to have our first child. As any place, there were some stuff that needed fixing here and there due to ware and tare and in less then 24 hours…if that, someone was at the door, ready to fix. Over the past few years, rent has moderately increased but that is expected with our economy but regardless on what the question was, the staff at Reliable Management has always been transparent, kind and more then helpful on answering any question my wife and I had.Honestly, it’s kind of a relief with mine and my wife’s already stressful jobs knowing we can come home and depend on Reliable Management, when needed, for that peace of mind and speaking with someone that is not looking for your money but ensuring your comfort is met!

I’ve heard nothing but bad things about reliable management.. so when they took over my apartment building I was kinda nervous at first! But I would just like to say they are beyond amazing!! After I lost my son last year I was out of work for a month and a half with no pay and got super behind on my rent and other bills (still to this day trying to catch up) they have worked with me and worked with me more then I could ever be grateful for!! So a biiiig huge shout out to Reliable!! Also the ladies at the front desk are always soooo sweet :)

Steve did a great job while he was working on my washer. It flooded part of my house due to a clogged drain and he was able to get it unclogged and fixed in no time!Henry was so sweet while coming to inspect the damage and brought me a fan to dry out the carpet.Thanks guys! Having these minor emergencies set you back but having sweet, caring people to come help is such a blessing.

Pate, I am writing this review on the behalf of my friend, Paul Taylor!You see, I cannot stand the guy!!!Im kidding, Paul is a very great guy. When he tells me he is going to do something for me, I can take it to the bank!He will call me at my shop and ask if I have a certain appliance in the shop and he will tell me that he will be here in about 20 minutes. He will show up and pick up the dishwasher when he said he would be here.He is straightforward and he knows exactly what he needs when he comes in the shop which makes my job easier, and I appreciate that. He seems to be a sincere and hardworking, so pad the mans pocket!!!!!!

Ive seen several reviews saying the office staff is rude, but - while I cant speak to those - thats not the experience I had. I called a couple times regarding an upcoming house for rent, &although the timing ended up not working out regarding its availability, the woman I spoke to was very nice &efficient w/my questions &she/the office responded to all of my emails surprisingly fast &were very thorough. I cant speak to reviewing them as a renter, but we would have no issues w/ potentially renting through them in the future.

This review is LONG overdue!!! First of all the management company and staff are BEYOND amazing, caring, responsive, and professional. I moved in late August and have had no problems. The one work order I placed was fixed HOURS after entered into their online system. The maintenance man Steven - was fast, friendly, professional, and most of all friendly!!! I promise you will not regret using this management company. Every interaction with these guys only makes my opinion of them better!! You guys rock, SERIOULSY!

I have been very impressed with Reliable Management. From the leasing staff, especially Rebecca our leasing agent, who handled the move-in process to maintenance. We had Paul Tayloy from the maintenance dept. out today to fix some minor problems that were noted on move in. He was courteous, professional, and took his time to listen to what I described as the problems. He also took his time to fix the problems in the right way and not just rushed through the job.

I have been with Reliable Management since May of 2020. I have practically experienced every thing that could happen to a rental property. When there is a repair or appliance that needs to be replaced or fixed I get a phone call explaining the situation. Then the repairs or replacement will be fixed or replaced ASAP.The office staff is outstanding. If I have a question they will give me an answer that I understand. They never have talked down to me or been disrespectful.I highly recommend Reliable Management for your rental property needs.

Pate, Marie and Tammy have done an incredible job helping us. When we hired them to run our property over 2 years ago they took us through each step so we were well prepared for this new experience. They return calls promptly and have gone above and beyond to help us with a unique situation we found ourselves in. They charge a very reasonable rate for all of the effort and energy they put into our property. We feel extremely fortunate that we hired them to manage our property. Highly recommend if you are a property owner and dont want the day to day hassle of ownership.

Dont believe the poor reviews this company is nothing like what is being described. Rented a house from reliable and found them to be both professional and attentive. Our house wasnt quite ready on our move in since the last tenant decided to stay a week late and distroyed the house. Maintenance came and spent hours making all our concerns were addressed. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly. A special thank you to Pate,Tammy,Rebecca,and the young lady at the front desk for their professionalism.So here is the secret to not have problems with your rental company. Weve been here since August. At first we had issues with the A/C I called and told them about it that it wasnt getting cold. They sent someone to check it, and the whole unit was replaced the following day. Secondly they replaced the driveway to our duplex before I could even mention it. So far so good. We love where we live.UPDATE: We are still here! And have zero complaints

In all my lifetime in the apartments i have lived. I have always had problems with HVAC. But when i finally moved in with these guys, all the HVAC problems were fixed and i never had a problem with the AC here thanks to Mr. Roman the HVAC guy there was very kind and professional and was always on time and very hard working. I will definitely stay with these apartments just because of him and how this company manages everything.

My counterpart had COPD and relies heavily upon a stable atmosphere. When the central air died at the rental house, I called RM and explained the circumstances. Even though they were dealing with post-flood cleanup, they got right on it. A tech came out that day and concluded the unit needed replacement. That happens tomorrow at 9:00am. No one could ask for better service. Im most grateful to RM for their professional and responsible approach to such situations.

At first things were a little fishy because of miscommunication. Not getting a copy of the rental contract, being told a month later about prorated rent after we had already had the keys. And trying to charge a late fee when they were closed on a holiday the day rent was due. But today, our AC went out. 102 today. We have a new born as well. We made the call, on a Saturday nonetheless, and within an hour someone was here. We do not live in the city either. At least a 20 minute drive from town. So after living here for 9 months, Im starting to like them.
