Jesse initially worked with me to provide some consulting help because my STR was not getting any bookings. After working with him, I got 6 new bookings immediately. Shortly after that I hired his services to help manage my property full time. He has given me practical ideas on how to appeal to more guests and we’ve been working to get the home in tip top shape. He handles issues for me and really takes a lot of stress off of my plate. As a business owner outside of my home rental, this has helped me tremendously and I am able to focus on my other endeavors. Always respectful and kind and puts me as the owner first in our partnership. He also is responsive to guests and knows how to communicate with them in a kind and professional manner. I’ve not regretted partnering with Jesse and I’m very thankful for his services.

Jesse is very reliable and conscientious! If you run out of towels or need anything, he will take care of it immediately! He is very attentive and goes out of his way to provide extraordinary service.
