RedRock have taken over management of our development 8 months ago, there were some initial hiccups, a doubling in service charge and long reply times to emails, however we have had Charlotte Luck take over as our point of contact and she has been fantastic so far in communicating to the residents and has begun putting together newsletters to simplify ongoing issues, I do hope this level of service continues so the service charge prices can be justified and repairs can be completed in a speedy and long lasting fashion. Thank you Charlotte, please keep up the good work! -

We have just completed our first project for Redrock and dealing with Charlie Wildney during this time helped everything run smoothly. Her communication between us and the residents was excellent. We deal with a lot of managing agents and not all are as attentive.The accounts department paid our invoices on time which is very important to us as a small company for cash flow purposes. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future. -

The handful of times I have had to contact Red Rock it could not have gone more smoothly. Whenever I phone up I get through to someone immediately - theres never any being held in a queue or going through menu options. My propertys manager Charlie takes issues seriously and deals with them as soon as possible, and always makes sure I am updated. The company really does seem to be doing its best to look after the welfare of residents. -

She was prompt at responding to my emails and I am happy with everything overall.29/5/24 - I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy head (credit controller) today again, relating to queries on my account and she is so helpful, professional and replies to emails promptly. I was charged £90 late fees but after explaining my situation, the charges were removed from my account immediately. I have also spoken to her on the phone before, very polite and professional. Every query I had, has been dealt with quickly by Stacy. She is amazing! -

I have had difficulties in the past with obtaining information, that I need to complete the sale and with communication with the correct personal, with Redrock. On one of my calls I was put through to the lovely Shevette, in the legal team. What a lovely person she is, such a breath of fresh air and real pleasure to deal with. She is one of the most helpful people I know, she listened to the issues, I needed resolving and true to her word dealt with these and as a result, helped me to exchange on these properties. Shevette is a real credit to Redrock and I hope they realise, just how lucky they are to have her with in their company.Thank you Shevette, for all your help and for being so lovely. -

I bought a new build property and the management company was poorly reviewed and the other tenants had bad experiences with them. I was happy to see that the management had been transferred to Red Rock after seeing their Google reviews.Immediately Red Rock organised a meeting for leaseholders at a convenient location for us, I wasnt able to attend but some of my fellow leaseholders were. There were various gripes/issues that were raised which were treated seriously by Red Rock and I appreciated that. Our leases stipulated annual service charge demands but Red Rock were flexible with this and offered payment plans (quarterly at no additional cost!).Our point of contact for organising payment plans was Stacy Head, who was polite, courteous and responsive in all of my communications. This was a big contrast to the managing agents who were inflexible with their service charge demands.I know that some of the people in my block can be demanding/picky with certain issues, and whilst I thought they may have been over the top, Red Rock still treated those grievances seriously.I had a slightly petty parking issue that I raised with Red Rock and again, I was taken seriously and found Nazs response reassuring.I work in a conveyancing law firm and have had various clients with nightmare managing companies, Im glad that I havent been subjected to that and can only speak positively of Red Rock.Thank you to - Stacy Head and Naz Moursel -

I recently purchased a flat in a block managed by Red Rock property management (March 2023). My first impressions are very good. They are exceptionally good at written communication with leaseholders and strive to assist and keep them updated via email or post. Id especially like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Charlie Wildney, a property assistant at Red Rock. She was quick to assist me with my enquiries and my reporting of on site issues, including the repair of a maglock at the main entrance to my block of flats. It was repaired the next day. She also provided excellent assistance with a challenging parking issue I experienced.Red Rock are a company who care about their customers. 100% good service all round! Lillys outstanding customer service today was amazing. :)Had an alarm going off for 7.5 hours and she tried effortlessly to get it sorted on her day off.After being let down by engineers, many people would give up, but she wasnt going too and kept trying until she got someone who was going to be able to come and sort it out keeping me in the loop all the way through.Thank you for everything, all of us are greatful that the noise has stopped!Enjoy the rest of your day off!Jordan & The Rest Of Graphic House! -
