We rented an apartment with Realty BAP management, it was as easy and comfortable as staying in a hotel room, any issues call the front desk and they will take care of it like in no time,,same feel we had too! All thanks to Monica, she’s very professional and always available for all questions or requests! Any issues we had sorted instantly. We highly recommend anyone looking for housing.

Monica is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available houses and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. I am extremely happy with this company. I had been with another company from Galveston for a few years and did not have a very good experience with them; I did not feel they had my best interest in mind; they didn’t do regular visits to the property , did not find the best quotes for needed jobs, I had to remind them of many things.I decided to switch to this company and it’s been a huge difference. They do property visits regularly to keep on top of everything. I confirmed my suspicious that the previous company neglected my property when this current one did their first visit to the property and found many issues with it that were obviously neglected. From a hole in the outside wood structure caused by water rotting the wood, to issues inside the property. They took video and pictures of everything and even wrote a very detailed report of the issues they found and what action they suggested next for each of them. They went even further and found me very reasonable quotes from reputable companies to do the job for the wood repair.The huge relieve I feel from knowing they are really managing my property and that they care has removed my worries about what was going on with the property. I am also saving time as I dont need to be finding quotes myself (had to do this all the time with the previous company).If anyone is considering using this company I highly suggest to give them a try, I am positive that you will not regret it.
