    As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing or even what we wanted in a house. A friend of ours had recommended Shawn Walsh at Realty Central. Shawn is fantastic! He made buying our first home a fun and very easy experience. He is very warm, honest, and has a great eye for potential and possibility in a home. He always answered my texts when I saw something pop up for sale and scheduled a showing as soon as the very next day when possible! He made us feel comfortable and at ease with every step of the process from looking at several houses a day all the way through the closing process. We absolutely love our home and we have Shawn to thank for that! Thank you Shawn and Realty Central for everything you’ve done for us!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If you are looking for a realtor then you found the right company!! Shawn Walsh went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my family to find us the perfect home! Before I even was ready to start the process of buying a home, Shawn invited me to join a free event that Realty Central was providing for first time home buyers to get me as informed as much as possible! As soon as I was ready, I gave him a call and we started looking right away. I started looking at homes around December of 2019 and had settled on one that I fell in love with that was absolutely perfect in spring of 2020. By the time we were ready to close, covid made me unemployed for 6 weeks. That did not stop Shawn and everyone involved from working so hard to make everything work out! From what was a very stressful experience, I feel like Shawn and his team made me feel calm through the storm of it all. I got to go back to work, we got the paperwork done, and the keys were mine!!! Trust me when I say, I couldnt have done any of that without the pure professionalism of Shawn and his team! I loved him so much that my mom just moved to Texas from Tennessee this year and used Shawn as well!! The people who work for this company are there for YOU at ALL times!!! They have big hearts and it shows through their compassion for their clients!!!!

    This post is way overdue, but that does not make it less valid or important. Shawn Walsh is a Realtor Rock Star ! He was so patient and helpful through every phase and moment (ups and downs) of selling, and then buying my forever home. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up with all the trends and changes that are constantly happening. He and his team at Realty Central have very reliable contacts for any obstacles that you might face when getting repairs done after inspection of your house that you need to sell. As well as anything you need for your new home that you are buying using his services. His attention to detail and thoroughness are topnotch ! And that is a very BIG deal to me. I have used other realtors in the past and I cannot tell you how many times I had to correct their mistakes they made in contracts, amendments, descriptions, addresses, prices...etc. I did not have this problem with Shawn Walsh. He truly is an amazing realtor that I would recommend every day all day ! Thanks Shawn Walsh. I truly do appreciate you and I LOVE my house we found for me !

    Realtor: Leona Grubbs.When we had an opportunity to sell our house, we met Leona through a referral of a good friend. Our first impression was great. Leona was very personable and kind. She provided us with great information about the process. She gave every effort to provide the best service exceeding our expectations. When we had to move early prior to the sell of our house, she had no problem working with our son as our representative. Leona has great connections in the community. This worked to our advantage, as she referred us to reliable individuals to service our house in a timely manner.She is top notched and very knowledgeable in her field. She is honest and admits if she is faced with uncommon real estate practices. An example; we experienced a unique request from a buyer’s bank. Leona, admitted the request was different and without hesitation asked the company lawyer to determine if it was an appropriate request. We trusted Leona through the process and we were not disappointed. Never did we feel rushed in making difficult financial decisions. She provided the best guidance until the end.Overall, we are more than satisfied with the real estate service she provided. We gained not only the best realtor but a good friend. We are proud to refer Leona to our family and friends and would not hesitate to ask assistance again if ever we decide to return to Texas.
