    I have rented from this company for about eight years.They are always quick to respond to questions and issues that I have had.They are always very quick with any maintenance request that I have had.They have also been very fair with any fees they may have to charge. Minimal rent increases.Friendly staff and great customer service all around. I plan on staying with them for years.Thank you

    As the owner of Don Johnson Company, I also use them to manage several residential rentals and several commercial properties. They do a great job. Linda is always attentive and responsive to my questions. My properties are kept in good shape. I realize that their job is often thankless and they often get spite reviews because of irresponsible tenants. I know this, they always listen and are fair to the tenants but understand their fiduciary duties to the owners.

    I smile every time I walk into the office because I know I’ll get greeted by Natalie with a huge smile and warm conversation.I was welcomed into the office 2 months before I earned my license. Free training and meetings.I meet with many other Brokers before choosing the Johnson Family as my home base. When I say family, I’m not only referring to the 51 years of San Antonio Real Estate legacy, 3 generations of excellent service done with integrity. But the family of today’s agents. I can walk up to any agent in the office and ask them a question. As busy as they are they will take time to help me. I have 1-1 trainings with top company trainers and office managers. Which by the way they all are activate top producers of the subject they train me on. At NO COST! Megan was also extremely helpful staying in communication and guiding me on what it was needed to do. All I can say is that this company and particularly these two ladies were of great help to me.

    Marcin and Iwona really went out of his way to look over the house and make suggestions to have it sell faster, and boy was he right! House sold after 2 days on the market for over asking! Really couldnt ask for a better group. Knowledgeable, quick to return calls or texts, and right on top of all the paperwork. Ill be going right back if I ever need to buy or sell a house again.
