Our community has hired RealManage in the last 6 months and I have absolutely no complaints. We have been so happy with our Community Manager Amy Ballard. Her experience in the industry is awesome. She is new to the company but has taught us along with herself in a way which has made us not feel dumb in the best way. I am grateful for both her and the management company. If you are looking for a new management company, I highly suggest interviewing them, and requesting Amy. She is real and wants what is best for a community as a whole!!

The property management company has changed 3 different times that I can think of in the short time I have lived there. Wendy Troxlar is amazing! I have lived at this property for many years and seen many managers come and go. Wendy , by far, is the best we have had. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at St. Germain - I wish I could give 10 stars! My husband and I decided to start married life in a fixer-upper condo and spent months turning our home into one that we could only have dreamed of. This renovation would not have been possible without the support of the Real Manage team. As a board member my husband worked directly with Jennifer, Brian and Tom and, like me, has only positive things to say about all of them. Since joining the team Jennifer has been prompt and responsive to any issues that need handling. She does this with a genuineness that shows her kind nature. Brian is a constant smiling face who can brighten up anyones day as soon as they walk through the door. He is incredibly hardworking and always seeking out ways to make the St. Germain the best place to live! He is constantly taking care of something for a resident and clearly cares about everyone in the building. Tom is an incredibly special member of the team. He makes sure that the building we love so much runs smoothly and always does it with a smile and good humor. I have seen him go above and beyond to support residents when issues have popped up. He has always been the first to make himself available to solve a problem and has helped us so much in our time here. And of course Yesenia keeps the building spotless and lovely! We are very sad to be leaving but we know that this incredible team will make our new tenants feel just as at home as we have felt. I can genuinely say that I will miss seeing all four of these faces every week and that having them as our team has made our years of living at the St. Germain unforgettable.

Real Manage started their Management services for our community late 2018 and into 2019. It was a difficult time for the transition with all the annual assessments due. The transition team led by Edith Earnwall was very well managed. 4 of the 5 board members were new to the O.O. board and she helped guide us through some challenging situations. The community was then handed over to the permanent property manager Vanessa Millan. She has also done a great job getting settled in with our community over the last few months. We have all got to know how to work with each other better and things are starting to get streamlined. Vanessa is very professional in her approach during the board meetings and provides guidance to the board when making decisions pertaining to the DCC&Rs. Overall Real Manage and Vanessa are very responsive to the board requests and the inquiries that come in from the residents. We look forward to continued support and teamwork with Real Manage and our community.

Specifically Joshua Bolanos, who went above and beyond for us. Josh was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He made and kept promises throughout our numerous conversations. As a family, we had a serious concern with making sure we were in compliance. Josh listened with intention to our passionate pleas and he was able to clearly and effectively explain the policies and issues. It was an extremely satisfactory interaction. This is not our first time living under an HOA but RealManage and Josh have made this a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them based on my personal experiences.

Recently, I needed some additional information about a fence issue I was having. Francessca Petrie has been our property manager for Pine Mill Ranch a year now and I , as well as the rest of the HOA Board could not be happier of her contributions.From day one she cleaned up a lot of issues and put the Community in the right direction. We got off to a rocky start, as the assigned property manager was non-responsive and seldom returned e-mail inquiries or phone calls. While we were pondering shopping for a new management company, we were assigned a new Property Manager, Timothy Crocker, who made it his personal crusade to win our hearts back for RealManage. He has done an EXCELLENT job. He understands the dynamics of our special complex and is responsive -- sometimes more responsive than we give him credit for -- and our charming complex is now heading back to a positive direction. He has planted ideas and injected energy in our meetings and focus towards our operations that have been very positive -- saving us time, money and some angst.
