I went to LVR Management before Thanksgiving to get a rental property. I understood because it was a holiday that things may be a little slow to complete. I was advised that the Monday after they would be fully staffed and things would get back on track. A week later nothing. We are now in December and still nothing. So due to the lack of urgency by LVR leasing office, I went to Real Star Property. Yall they got my application processed and moved in before the week was out. It took Real Star Property a day, 1 day guys, to do what obviously LVR MGT could not. You want Real Star Treatment, and not having to do the work yourself to get into a property. Go to REAL STAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED OR ALMOST HOMELESS

This is an awesome rental company they work with you. Let me just say I had a big deposit and I got almost all of it back so they’re not like the other companies that try to hold the money even when they should be handing it back not all of the experience was great because of some of the workers in the office, but as far as living in their property and the experience of that was really good as well as I’m telling you with that deposit it was $3800. I believe it was 37 that I got back.

In fact it was refreshing to see a property management firm have as much concern for the renters, as they do the property its self. For the past 4-years we have rented a house that was managed by Real Star Property Management. From the very beginning, they were upfront and transparent about what to expect. All of the staff were always kind, considerate, and professional. They have always upheld their obligations. Anytime we needed them for Maintenance, they were always prompt to respond and never tried to nickel and dime the repairs. When we had a problem with the stove, they realized any repairs would be temporary and rather than have us need further assistance in a few months, they just replaced it, like it didn’t deserve a second thought. Their Lease was written in plain language, so it didn’t need an attorney to decipher, and it covered all the points. Having a sub-standard experience with a landlord that failed to honor their lease in the past, I can say it was refreshing to have a Management company to play the “middle-man”. After all, they are there to manage the property for the landlord, but they also protect the tenants. Should the landlord want to do something that is against Texas Renters Statutes or just ethically wrong, you can rely on them to be knowledgeable and willing to ensure the right thing is done. And that was our experience these past four years; we did them right and upheld our end of the Lease and they fulfilled their every obligation and upheld their end of the Lease. Combine that with an always polite and helpful staff, and you have a definite 5-STAR service. Thanks.

I really enjoyed their option to purchase their cleaning services upon move-out - it guarantees you won’t get charged for cleaning-related things and makes moving less stressful. Absolutely amazing! Would rent through them again if I could. Everyone in the office is extremely respectful, professional, and kind. They respond quickly, and Ive never had a problem getting ahold of them. Any issues Ive had within the house, I.e. needing repairs on something, maintenance or a professional company has come to fix, within a few days at the longest. The house I rented was great, they definitely put in the work to maintain their properties the the highest standards. AMAZING! Great rental agency! We rented with them for about 2 years and only reason for leaving was us purchasing a home. From start to finish these guys were great. They had several properties to choose from in our price range and we were quick to get in to the home we wanted. Any maintenance issues we had were resolved quickly. I have been working with Real Star Property Management for nearly a year, and have been very pleased. This is the first time Ive used a property management company, and I was nervous about the whole process. However, Real Star found good tenants for my home who are taking good care of the house, and every repair expense has been explained to me clearly so I know what the repair is, and what the expected cost will be. I get a monthly breakdown of income and any expenses, and payments are automatic to my account. The company is also very accessible by phone if I have any questions and concerns. This has been a very positive experience so far!

By far the easiest landlords I’ve dealt with. If you pay your bills and are responsible people then this is the company you want to rent from. It’s a no hassle gig so long as you do what’s expected and be responsible and take care of the property. They refunded my security deposit without question and actually personally thanked me for the way we left their property when we moved out. I’ve been with them a few years and never had an issue. If I had to sum them up in a few words i would say honest, fair, understanding. Anyone looking to rent in their areas should definitely give them a look first.

REAL Star Property Management is the best in the business. I contacted several property management companies in the area before finally settling on REAL Star and they have not disappointed. I am an out of state owner and so I rely heavily on REAL Star to take care of my rental property. Their prices are reasonable and they are extremely efficient about finding tenants. They found me my first tenant two days after they posted the property. I am now on my second tenant and only had 11 days of vacancy between tenants. REAL Star is always available and responsive to my concerns. I will use them to manage my property for as long as I own it.

I spent 3 years with real star. The team functions best with proper communication. The more you communicate with them the better your experience can be over time. Most issues that people claim are due to not reading the rental agreement or other forms that are presented to them when they first move in. Had a great experience, contracted overseas house was on the market and leased out before I even left the country. I dont have much experience as this was my first time but the process was simple and straight forward, Real Star kept constant communications with me informing me of each and every payment. Payments were on time and I really couldnt ask for more just be specific about what you will and will not allow the tenets to do while occupying your property. Also ensure you do a walk around of your home should you reoccupy it and check anything that was reworked or repaired.

Based on previous reviews, it is true that REAL Star must be incredible for home owners as they are very thorough and detailed on multiple requirements I have never been asked to meet in any other prior leasing or rental situation. This nod towards the home owners over tenants is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5 as I was a tenant subject to these at times frustrating requirements. However, stepping into the shoes of a property owner, I understand the requirements and deem them reasonable.As a tenant, I can also say that if you follow their very specific instructions, rules, and requests that REAL Star is very fair, communicates well, and has no surprises. Read the fine print and then enjoy a seamless experience. I would recommend their services.

In hindsight when we moved out I should of paid for their cleaning service and taken better pictures when we moved in. So no we didnt get our deposit back but Issac with realstar did work with us to make sure all of the charges were fair.

I just wanted to say what my experience with Real Star Property Management has been. I have rented two houses from Real Star Property Management from July 2012 to May 2016. During the close to 4 years I have rented from them I have had the best rental experience possible.Whenever there has ever been a maintenance problem they have always been out or contacted me the next day and had the issue resolved within a day or two. Issac and his Rental Team are a pleasure to deal with and always friendly and helpful. I have to say they are absolutely the best property management company that I have every dealt with. I have lived in a lot of places such as Corpus Christi,Tx, Austin Tx, and Las Vegas NV renting property in several places and Real Star Property Management beats all of them hands down when it comes to customer service. They really care about their customers and when it comes to maintenance of their properties they are A+. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to rent property in Central Texas to give them a call they are well worth it. I decided to move to Temple from Austin for cost of living reasons last year. Real Star seemed to be slightly more expensive than the competition, but the reviews were all great, and the properties I looked at seemed well maintained. So I jumped in. The only gripe is that I dont like the inspections. I get it, but I dont like it. Feels like an invasion of privacy. Again.. I get it, especially if I was the property owner. They have been very responsive. They even worked with the owner to install my wifi thermostat when I discovered the house was not wired for a line power thermostat The only reason its not 5 star it the way they handle pets. Pre deposit and pet rent, even with great credit. One or the other, but both seems excessive.

The reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is because sometimes the maintenance work is not done very well. They always come back to fix it though.
