We found them to be responsive to any maintenance requests and Dina Armijo made our experience worry free. We are relocating out of state otherwise we would be happy with continuing our relationship with Real Property Management. We highly recommend their services.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Nicole Montoya on a house I am renting. Being in the military, I was unable to be here to work through the process. Nicole made it very easy and I was able to have a house the day I drove in. She took some of the stress out of PCSing. She has remained helpful, answering any question that I have about the area or the property pretty quickly. If she doesnt know the answer, she always knows who to reach out to. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

All I can say is wow!! These people here are so amazing!! Nicole, Avery and Mark have all be super speedy and efficient in getting us moved into our new place! They all respond super fast when we have issues and even help us on weekends! Nicole is also such an amazing shower with houses. And even though Avery is super busy, he got everything fixed super quick and updated us with every update! Mark was super communicative with Nicole and Avery so no one was left out. Seriously super impressed with this place, so glad we went with them!

Nicole has been a God send in my life for 10 months I was looking and searching for a home. Then I stumbled onto their property that they control and run for the owner of the house. When all hope was lost and I was going to have to go back to AZ she responded instantly to my application on the house.Then kept instantly responding the whole way until I signed my lease with them and kept in contact beyond that also. She checks every once in awhile to see how things are going and making sure Im taken care of In the house. I appreciate everything this company and her has done for me.

I want to commend Dina Armijo for her diligent efforts to assist us with maintenance issues lately. When requesting a maintenance matter to be addressed, she immediately replied and also arranged for a repair. Quite soon she would follow up on the progress of the repair. She would follow through to the end to make sure all was taken care of. It is rare to have such personal, prompt, and thorough service.

I am updating my review from a couple years ago.Our house is old, and we recognize that it comes with its share of complications. However, in the few years we have lived there, it had started to get to where it was hard to get a response from the office.Then Dina came in, and immediately the response times were faster, and I felt that she truly advocated for our comfort in dealing with our heater and leaky roof. She checks in on us through email without being prompted, and has overall been an excellent addition to the staff.Thank you!

*This review is specifically regarding my interactions with Kelly Porter.*When RPM hired Kelly Porter and I began interacting with her, I was really impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness. I have rented from RPM for four years, and they perform inspections regularly, but it was not until her thorough inspection this last September that she realized we didnt have a fire extinguisher. They hired someone knowledgeable and effective when they hired her.On a more personal note, she conducted her first inspection of the property shortly after I experienced the death of my mother. I was extremely emotional, and her sensitivity (while simultaneously getting her job done) definitely went noticed. Property management companies interact with people all day, but not every interaction has the quality of treating people with a human touch. Kelly brings that to her work.

I have had a great experience renting from Real Property Management. Robert from Maintenance was always very communicative with timelines and ensured the job was done, especially when our dryer went out and the project was a little more complicated than we thought initially. We appreciated that they worked with out schedules, they made it easy to view properties so that we found a place that was right for us, and Kelly and Melissa in the office were attentive and friendly when I came in with questions. I would rent from them again!

As a tenant of theirs, these guys are solid. We had one issue that took nearly a year to resolve. I wish it would have been resolved sooner, when we made a big deal of it, but it did get resolved. And the most concerning part was resolved in short order. I completely understand why it was dragged out, but I dont agree with it.Everything else has been top notch though. They have been stat with repair requests outside that one incident referenced above. Robert, their maintenance guy, is on top of everything and very communicative. Its nice to have that confidence that things will be properly addressed.All in all a solid property management company. Online tools are top notch and maintenance now seems to be as well. The sour taste of that one incident has not by any means ruined the experience on the whole.I would tell fellow renters that you can lease with trust with these guys, knowing that your place will always be maintained better than if you owned the place.

This review is specifically for Robert, their head of maintenance.On Valentine’s Day around two o’clock, a wheel popped off the garage door as it was coming down, about 2/3 from the ground and it wouldn’t go up or down. I immediately submitted a request in the maintenance platform and also called the emergency line. A few hours went by and my call wasn’t returned from the emergency line. But, following the guidance of an email from the property company as the next step, I texted Robert. It was about 5:30pm on Valentine’s Day. He called me back immediately and said he was on his way. I felt so bad having to take him away from his Valentine’s evening, especially since it was a Sunday. But with the door stuck in the “up” position, I really didn’t have a choice. He showed up, was so kind, and got my garage to shut and locked it as well. He stayed in my home for five or so minutes after he was finished while we chatted and as a woman there alone, I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Robert is a hard worker but he also exudes being just a good man. The garage company hired by RPM was a different story, but that’s for another review. Just a few hours after the garage was fixed by the vendor, Robert called my cell to verify it was fixed. RPM handles their maintenance problems very timely and efficiently over all, but Robert is the backbone. Thank you Robert.

Regarding Robert in maintenance, fantastic job getting our new refrigerator after our ice maker quit working. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He even did a extra repair that wasnt requested but he took care to keep us happy.. been living here for 2 years and always had good experience.

They genuniely are the best renters Ive ever had - including private owners. They get your maintenance requests handled quickly, they are wonderful to work with, and if you take care of your space and pay your rent, they leave you be.Special shoutout to Kelly Porter, who is always so genuinely kind and responsive. She is such an asset to RPMRG. Always a joy to talk and work with her.Also, the fact that the owner Mark is actively involved and is also responsive is just amazing. This is the way to do business.
