New owners took over at RPM a few years ago. Communications were not so clear initially but have definitely improved. Recently, I worked with Bryce Low, who is new on the scene at RPM, to re-rent our property. He was incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful. In all, the company seems to be on a good track and I would recommend them to manage your property or to assist you with a rental.

I love renting through RPM Managment. Simple and straight forward. My property owners found out we have a baby and they reduced our rent to help us out and have been working with us as she entered the world this week. Transparency goes a long way with them.

My family and I have been renting from RPM for 2 years and the owner approved us to stay another year which is GREAT!! I’ve never had a problem with RPM since the get go! At the beginning we had issues with the dishwasher and they ended up replacing it. The blinds needed to be changed to our sliding doors and the maintenance guy came and changed them out! Anytime I email Janet, she is always quick to respond! I haven’t had a bad experience with RPM and I love the property and we take care of it like if it was indeed our own home. I would recommend RPM to anyone! :)

Joe and his crew managed our Austin property for 5 years. We never had an issue and they kept the unit occupied with the same tenant. The RPM-LoneStar team always kept us informed and answered our questions timely. Since we lived out of town, it was comforting to know that we could count on RPM-LoneStar to handle any issue professionally and quickly. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with RPM Lone Star, specifically working with Cheyenne. While the property we lived in was itself not the greatest, Cheyenne was incredibly responsive to make our experience living there the best it could be, which was probably the biggest reason we stayed for an extra year. She addressed issues we had with parking promptly, and when our water heater broke they had someone out the same day to fix it. Every repair request was dealt with promptly. We also received our entire deposit back in full when moving out. Granted, we did a thorough deep clean, but getting your entire deposit back is still practically unheard of, regardless of how much effort you put in to move out. When it came time to move, Cheyenne helped us find a new property that fit our current needs, and even helped negotiate lease terms for us. I would definitely work with this company in the future.

RPM LoneStar managed our rental property for the past two years. Overall weve been very happy with their service! They handled all of the listing logistics and found us a tenant immediately who ended up renewing. We had a maintenance issue the first month that they took care of on our behalf immediately. The regular inspections were great, and theyve been responsive to my emails. Rates are good too. Recommended.

RPM has worked with us in terms of anything weve needed fixed, updated, etc in our current rental home. Weve lived in our S. Austin home for going on 3.5 years. They are quick to respond and genuinely do their best at making sure your needs are met. I know I cant say a lot of other rental management places would do the same. Overall, Ive been greatly pleased with their service and professionalism.

Hey shady company whered your response to my review go? People need to know you dont give a care about the tenant or neighbors. You came full force in my last review. Btw you dont care about the LANDLORDs who hire you. Its ok youve scared the tenant so much that Ive filed the complaint about damage to the roof. Also sent a certified letter to the homeowner/landlord. Hopefully they care. You put my family and livelihood at risk.Please please please anyone thinking about contracting with this company reach out to me. They are despicable. Theynallowed a 30 foot dead tree to hang over the rental property roof for 3 weeks. I had a crew coming to address my storm issues in my yard and Lonestar couldnt even bother to return a call. They started they were too busy. Dont hire a company thats too busy to address major safety issues. It took code enforcement to get them to do anything. Hence angry neighbor who will continue to report- yall could have just been decent humans. Your not.Dont contract with these scammers . You will be sued for their mismanagement. Its your house that will have the lien NOT them.Hi! Posting again as your office cant seem to find itself. Left 4 messages...Id prefer not to call code enforcement but🤷

The RPM team have been great! Theyve managed multiple properties for me for the last several years. While rental properties come with their own ups and downs (repairs, tenant-related issues, etc), RPM has helped make it a worthy endeavor. Theyve facilitated everything on my behalf and maintained effective communication throughout. Definitely recommended!

When I request maintenance work for our rental, David Clarke at RPM has always been prompt to respond, lining up respectful and skilled contractors to get the repairs done. Our AC went out and David made sure someone could get out that day. I truly appreciate his help and can trust hell take care of things if something needs repairs.

I was a tenant with them for a year and a half and we only moved because the owner wanted to sell. I would have loved to continue with RPM Lonestar because everyone there was friendly, helpful and punctual but unfortunately, they didnt have any available properties in my area. Repairs were always treated with urgency and professionalism by David and his crew! They even went out of their way to help us find another place and Cheyenne went to bat for us and bent over backwards to make sure we got the perfect place! Everyone there was just so great!!! We miss them already!!!

I have connected with Cheyenne and Joseph whenever there is need of any relevant task in need of attention and the RPM LoneStar team is very much ready to address any concerns and questions. They (RPM LoneStar) cares for both parties and provide with great accommodating to both sides as managing party and has been really excellent team. Keep it up RPM team.

This is hands down the best property manager we’ve ever had, coming from a tenant perspective. Extremely responsive to any requests my fiancé and I had and always happy to help. I highly recommend. Once we dip into owning and leasing out properties ourselves we’ll be using RPM to manage those properties. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. David and the rest of the folks there are true professionals.

We just signed our new lease to extend into our 3rd year. This company has been super easy to work with, have made ALL repairs requested in quick time and are always friendly. The ONLY negative is the semi annual home inspections. I understand why its done and agree for doing it for the 1st year of the contract but going into our 3rd year it would be nice to not have to do it. I always have to take a day off work because I dont trust anyone in my home alone. With that being said I just go with it because I know nothing is wrong with my property and I will continue to use this company. I highly recommend them!

Great help in a flood situation!Real Property Mgmt manage our condo in Austin. Recently we had a flood caused by failed plumbing.Real Property did a great job sorting the problem out - and getting the repairs done quickly and effectively. And we really appreciated the super communication - they kept us up to date with what was being done (and asked for approvals where necessary of course). We were very happy with the outcome.And they do a good job of everyday management too!Recommended.

I think the level of communications is good and the owner portal is a plus that allows me to check on my investment. They have been prompt with repairs and pretty much leave me alone. Probably because I am always on time with my rent. I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because I was continually asked for a $75.00 renewal fee that had been paid. They asked for it a couple times throuout the year in a stern email. Each time I showed proof of payment. But several months later the same thing would happen.That is a paperwork problem. Other than that I have no complaints.
