    I contacted Brett for assistance with my investment property because I was thinking about using a management company. He got back with me immediately (faster than I expected). He was honest with me about the potential of my property as well as the services that he could provide. He didn’t push me to use his company instead he gave me some great advice and insight. Although I did not end up using them his customer service and knowledge was unmatched.Overall you can not get this type of customer service everywhere. Brett clearly loves the work he does and values every customer! I will definitely use this company for future investment properties. Highly recommend!

    Brett and his team have all the right connections to maintain and repair your rental propery at reasonable prices. They do an excellent job managing your property from finding quality tenants to keeping accurate records for taxes at the end of the year. Overall Ive had a great experience aftet trying to to rent out and manage my own propery for 2 years and dealing with all kinds of issues, its been a much better hands off experience letting Real Property Management take care of all of it for me.

    To say the Brett was a blessing is such an understatement!!! He went above and beyond! We needed a short term rental for only 4 months in the middle of the holiday season…not easy to find in the area we were looking. He negotiated our price for us, got great terms with the owners and was able to get us a refrigerator for the rental while we were there and it was in great condition!!! He even had a company come out and service the huge tree for the leaves and everything was beautiful coming in! I would highly recommend going through him for any future rentals or home buying adventures because he really does an exceptional job!!!💞

    I have been searching for a complete turn-key property management company (PMC). My goal is to be a rental property investor, without day-to-day involvement and headaches.Probably sounds like the goal of every investor.For me, Real Property Management hits the mark!They provide all the basic PMC services:Renter screening, full and quick maintenance services, fixed and variable Fees adjustable to fit the Renter and the Owner, etc.However, the “Value-added” services is why I chose to select Real Property Management: Brett and Patrick will help you screen Rental Property, and offer suggestions to upgrade the property to maximize rent and minimize Maintenance.Their specific suggestions to add to improve landscaping, appliances, permanent house and yard fixtures, lighting, patio. carpet or tile. All suggestions geared to upgrade rent and retain renters. I found the suggestions applicable to new additions and existing rentals in my portfolio.Plus, they even also provided long term cash flow for prospective properties.Yes, some PMC may say they do the same, but I particularly appreciated Real Property Management’s integrity.Dale C

    I’m an out of state investor, and Brett with Real Property management really saved my small business! I am so grateful for his professionalism and commitment.My previous property management was not up to par. I started with RentWerx, and they listed my property- newly remodeled and large 4 bedroom/2baths was on the market for more than 100 days!!! Found out RentWerx PM has never stepped foot inside my property - only to change the keys, and they only send out someone when it’s been listed for more than 21 days. And the person they sent will ask if you want to hire someone to clean up or pick up outside. They nickel and dime you for everything. Furthermore they had terrible communication and kept asking me to lower the price 4 times, and by this time, my newly renovated property is way below market price. Thus, I ended the contract after 4 months. Overall, they are a big company with thousands of properties, and they hire middle people to do everything. My point of contact has never even seen my property in person. She has never called me- she only emails, and it’s usually me asking how everything is going. Overall, not a great fit for me.Thus, I was on the search for a great property manager. After calling around to several other management groups, I knew Real Property would be a great fit!Brett and his team really care that I succeeded. He listed my property and found really responsible and kind tenants in less than 2 weeks!!! Amazing! He has personally visited my property at least 5 times in the first week. He sent me video and phone updates daily until property was on cruise control. He was there for inspection that I couldn’t oversee, and he personally mopped, swept, and removed construction material. He talked to the contractor about previous things they didn’t complete or miss- such as some doorknobs on closet doors (among a long list).Brett is very thorough, but overall, really awesome at his job. Glad to have him on my side! I was initially discouraged about investing out of state, but now I know I can rely on Real Property Management.. I would highly recommend him and his team for friends and family. Happy to do more business with him! Thanks again, Real Property Management.
