Alice has been an amazing Property Manager. She took over my rental properties from a management company who did a terrible job and left the properties in shambles. From getting both properties rehabbed in an efficient and meticulous way, Alice did a great job marketing and renting the properties. She has continued to take great care of any issues that have come up and is always such a pleasure to interact and communicate with even when the topics are not necessarily fun to discuss. Alice truly is the epitome of a professional and I feel fortunate to have her managing my properties.
