I contacted Jason with Real Property managment with a pretty rough situation regarding the strict Austin COVID moratoriums regarding Tenants that refused to communicate, cooperate and pay rent. As homeowners these rules sank us into a financial hole and the process Jason worked with us through was not an easy one, but in the end turned out to be quite a success. He managed the tenant situation with grace and patience. His support (lawyers, contractors) along with awesome communication got us out of a pretty bad situation and now we feel a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders. 4 stars isn’t enough and I am forever great full for his work and due diligence. If your looking for a company to manage your property give Jason a call.
