Our property manager Rick Merchain does an awesome job. He is very prompt with any all the request we demand regarding the property. He always follows up with us on making sure our maintenance request have been done. He even checks in with us when bad weather storms are approaching and gives us advice on how to be prepared. We do appreciate the job he does.

Very Professional, and also does an amazing job explaining how everything works when I have questions about my rent home. Extremely understanding when it comes to the wellbeing of the tenants. Also when I was having a hard time the property manager was really patient with me as much as possible and that has helped me tremendously. 10/10 i would definitely recommend.

I had a REAL emergency on my hands. My rental was leaking water from the water heater and my tenants didnt know what to do! I live out of state and had no resources to deal with the problem. Everyone that I called was too expensive or didnt have the time. I called Real Property Management Accurate Solutions and Rick went straight over there to assess the situation. He was able to, not only quote me a price WAY below the competition but was also able to get the job done within hours! Not only that, but he sent me before and after pictures, the receipts and invoice immediately. I was totally pleased with his transparency and the result.
