Yvonne Garza from Real International is just amazing. Glad I get to know her. I was given false promises to get my property rented from different vendors such as 1836 property management and others and waited for 3 to 4 months without any luck when the rental market was great like June/ July. All they could recommend was to bring down the rent and talk about a bad economy. Yvonne had several showings the first 2 weeks itself during a bad market time in October and 2 of them came close in 2 weeks and one accepted. 2 weeks compared to 3-4 months or even more that is what you will see with Yvonne. In a property rental market, most vendors just advertise and do not have a good follow up process with prospects. You need to work with your prospects closely to rent out, that is what differentiates her. Kudos to her exceptional work with her customers.

Having a good agent like Roger truly saves a lot of hassle, helps avoid pitfalls, and provides invaluable advice! As first-time homeowners, he helped us smoothly complete the house transfer within a month.Roger offered suggestions based on our preferences during house viewings, efficiently planned routes, and scheduled visits. He analyzed each propertys features using his extensive experience and connections (having worked with many LA with good relationships), which helped us secure our dream house amidst three offers, even though ours wasnt the highest. He recommended the most experienced inspector and thoroughly explained all the details of the documents with us.When issues arose, Roger proactively communicated with the listing agent and negotiated with the sellers for repairs, credits, and a first-year home warranty. He meticulously informed us of what to do after transferring ownership, where to apply waterproof paint, and how to make necessary repairs or modifications. Before the transfer, he repeatedly confirmed documents and appointments with the title company and continued to support us after the transfer.We are immensely thankful for Rogers dedication and help! 🙏

Shelly is so far the best agent I ever work with. She is very professional and responsive. With the current crazy market, she can negotiate down the price from what was accepted. She is very experienced, and truly think about her clients benefit. She helped me buying home, applying loan, and even for renting it out. 10/10 would recommend going through these guys for your needs. Im currently in a rental and this house just simply hasnt been kept up with. I recently had an issue to where my front door nob broke and I wasnt able to close my door. Called the emergency maintenance number and Landon literally was here in 15 minutes to temporarily fix the issue until a locksmith can come out. Ive never had such fast responsive time with any other company in my life and Ive been renting for 10 years. Thank yall!!!
