Sharon Perez & Mayra Mora are both our property manager at Randall Management Associates Houston Texas Forum Park 3.Professional, attentive, detail oriented, communication is clear, and feels they have my best interest, makes me feel safe.As a young investor this has been an excellent experience, looking forward to many more. Our tenant feels safe.

Very friendly staff, especially Jaime at the front desk and Sharon. Both were very helpful with assisting me on a few occasions. They were responsive to emails in a timely manner and very polite.Randall management has helped me with many items in the past like getting closing documents and parking passes for clients and tenants, never had an issue.

Who is writing these reviews, a lot of TENANTS? I am an owner. A LOT of owners I know have never had a problem with Randall Management for a long time now. There is a proper channel.. FILL OUT A WORK ORDER for service. They have done about 4 for us with perfect results.They might send out collection notices when there is an issue against the by-laws. But, that money does NOT go to them. It goes to the OWNERS.. the HOA bank account that is controlled by the Board.Tenants pick their owners. Owners pick their Board. The Board picks the property management, so that the property does not go downhill in terms of maintenance, looks, & accounting. The owner may write a letter to the Board contesting a charge.. that is the proper channel for waiving a charge.

Whats with all the negative posts! RM works well with my ALL volunteer HOA board. Perhaps yall should get more involved in your community to see how difficult it is to work with residents who always complain! Get in there and do something positive and enjoy your HOME.

I left over 10 text messages to Mr Randall he never responded is about insurance claim this is very unprofessional by the owner of the company Randall Management

RMS have done a fabulous job by supporting our community, coordinating our deed restriction process which now is fully implemented, assisting in ARC request, Force Mows and helping in feasibility process for projects/capital improvements within our community. The overall cost & time RMS provide to our community is a fraction of the cost we have paid or will pay any other management company. I look forward to having RMS as a member of our community for many years to come!!!-- NOTE: If youre a community that wants a management company that supports--Please choose Them!!!!
