I want to start off by saying thank you to RPM for being super professional, informational, interpersonal, and communicative throughout our entire process – from our initial inquiry, application process, and finalizing our lease. I want to especially recognize Stephanie Cano for the outstanding professionalism, care, organization, and diligence she provided while interacting with us. As a young family trying to find independence and our own place to call home, we were fortunate enough to come across their listing. Upon moving in, I could say that the management team are real professionals when it comes to the job that they do. Everything from maintenance requests to paying rent has been made simple and super accessible to their tenants. In addition, their staff members are very accessible to you during operating hours which is very comforting. By far the best professional experience I’ve ever encountered, Stephanie specifically made us feel like we had an equal opportunity as all other applicants. If you are prepared and diligent with your documents, the application process is fairly simple. My only suggestion to give is that I hope one day RPM can utilize the Zillow credit building program so that their tenants can build credit as they pay rent. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about this management team and their properties. Thank you again RPM, for helping me and my family find a place to call home.

My boyfriend and I were having a hard time finding a place for our little family to live. Like a lot of people in the market, we were beginning to feel like nothing more than a number value on a renter’s application. We felt drained and discouraged. That is until we met with Ramona Property Managers.From the very beginning, Ramona Property Managers treated us like real people. We weren’t just objective numbers on a piece of paper. We were a family who was looking for an opportunity to grow. They spoke to us with respect; They shook my five-year old’s hand; They went to bat for us.We still had to jump through some hoops because the nature of my boyfriend’s work is so unique, but Ramona Property Managers gave us hoops to jump through. They gave us a chance.Throughout our application process Corinna, Ken, and Stephanie were prompt, direct, and helpful. They made us feel like real people, and we couldn’t be happier with our new place and such wonderful service.

Great preparations when moving in but there has been a lot of miscommunication between the office and maintenance. First day I moved in, Kenneth made sure my apartment was clean and everything was properly working thoroughly, very nice guy. Once inspection was done, he asked for reparations in the bathroom and took a little over a week to get it fixed, but nothing that needed immediate attention. At he moment my sink in the kitchen and bathroom are clogged. Office responded immediately but plumber is still MIA. I can only suggest that RPM should have their own maintenance crew. Thank you for your attention.

Ramona Property Managers and Kenneth Ferreira and staff are highly recommended by Turchetta Properties. We used RPM from 2015 until Oct 2019. This team was excellent throughout the years and fixed any issue that came up very quickly. An example: We had a gas line break and this team fixed it immediately in the middle of the night. This team remodeled houses, at or under budget. This team is an excellent liaison between ownership and tenants. Never had any issues. Anything that came up, like standard maintenance issues, was fixed immediately. Unfortunately, we had to move out of CA and into another state. I would take this team with me if I could. We used RPM from 2015 to Oct 2019. A 5 star, excellent service, Management company. My name is Mark Turchetto and I highly recommend Kenneth and his team. They get things done.
