The properties we have photographed for them have all been well prepared, cleaned, and totally ready for pictures upon our arrival. Communication is clear and professional. We are very thankful for this community, Peachtree Senior Apartments in Balch Springs, Tx. Sunshine ( manager) has been overly helpful and caring during my brother’s move into the complex. Everyone is so friendly. Grateful for a 55+ community that seems safe and caring. My brother is special needs and the maintenance man Gary has been helpful as well . Sunshine cares about this community .

I moved in three years ago from a Rapid Housing program for the homeless here in Dallas, TX, and after I set and accomplished my goals to be self sufficient through my SAVIOR and LORD JESUS CHRIST who is also GOD I eventually was granted a Housing Voucher from DHA and I was referred by my case worker to this complex and I ha e had no regrets and will continue to refer other Sr Citizens! I am so thankful for the new manager, staff for being professional, kind, open for suggestions from us all with an open door policy!Sincerelycdh
