    I have owned rental property for many years and have had my properties managed by different companies and different managers trying to find one that I felt worked in my best interests. Its been a journey, but I finally found Katie Hartley and I wont be searching anymore! Katie is, by far, the best manager I have ever worked with! Shes not only knowledgeable, but she listens to my concerns and I always feel that she puts me and my propertys best interests above all else! Even if theres an issue, shes quick to respond and thorough, so I never have to question or doubt her guidance! Its such a relief to know that my investment is in such good and capable hands!

    I have known & worked with and been a tenant of Kelly Lawless for 2 decades.She is an incredible property manager. She is caring but never jeopardizing her employer she bends over backwards to assure both the renters are taken care of at the same time protecting the owners best interest.Her integrity is impeccable, she is firm fair and honest at all times she takes the extra mile to walk her properties to assure that the tenants are taking care of their homes even though it may cause her to stay late after normal hours.She is always just a phone call away for both the trades and the tenants.She is quality concuss making sure that the move ins are top notch shape for the residents. She makes sure that the owners are not slum lords .It has been a pleasure to be part of her team for a long time and I am looking forward to continue working with her for another decade

    We have been renting a home managed by Pure property for about 6 months now. Move in process was super simple and everyone has been beyond helpful in the few problems we have faced.     We’ve been renters for almost 4 years. Katie Hartley is great as our leasing agent. I had numerous personal issues going on at the time, and then our water heater went out. She was extremely attentive to our needs and stayed on top of it to get the new water heater in place. I’m very happy with Frontline and I hate seeing any negative comments, because honestly I have NOT had any complaints! Frontline KEEP UP the good work.

    Janette Hampton is amazing. If I could buy her more stars I would! I was moving to Texas and started moving my investments as well.Finding a property manager was a real challenge. My insurance agent, Clint Harris with All American Insurance, recommended Janette, and Im SO grateful he did! Over the years Ive found my lack of property management experience has COST me more than I could have imagined. With Janette managing my property I am now exploring other investments instead of spreading myself too thin.     Shawn (with circle B) was not only extremely courteous and kind but knowledgeable and amazing communication!! Using the meld system isn’t the easiest way to communicate with vendors but Shawn made the communication as seamless as possible with updates and coordinating. They also cleaned the roof, cleared the gutters, etc. they went above and beyond.

    We have been with frontline for 3 years now and are very pleased. Robin is our manager and I couldnt be happier! She responds quickly (even i message after hours) and is open and honest with all my questions and inquiries. Ive noticed high turnover with maintenance people but theyve always been professional and Ive always felt safe with them being in home. Office staff always great at communicating freeze warnings, maintaining heating/AC units, foundation tips. I noticed they are no longer reporting rent payments to credit bureau but not sure if that was company decision or 3rd party that was reporting. Either way, I appreciate that they did for so long, that helped boost my score.

Amanda had been exceptional throughout the move in process and provided the same truly excellent customer service while we renewed. Maintenance has been great as well!     UPDATE:Since leaving the original review things have been great! Courtney worked her butt off to take care of us. We havent had any problems with flooding or anything else.Ive been a tenant for one month and COULDNT BE LESS IMPRESSED!Sorry I ever signed a lease. The property was a complete mess outside when we pulled up to move in. Now the place has flooded and no one cares. Who rep answered the emergency line is an unprofessional and rude. And didnt even ask if we needed any assistance. Thanks we are standing in two inches of water.I will be filing a report with anyone that will listen.STAY AWAY!

I havent had a real problem with the property yet as I have not totally moved in, so I am unsure of their response time for repairs. Amanda Downer was a huge help and answered all my questions. Time will tell.

    I take back my previous review for Frontline.. They actually do have a great supervisor, she is very polite, responsive, and understanding.. With that being said, I would like to also state that they did recently take over a property that was being managed by World Realty, please do not fault them for all the wrong doing of World Reality, and if you ever have issues with Frontline, ask to speak to the supervisor, her name is Debrah. I hope this helps any misunderstandings.

    I am moving to Fort Worth and wasnt actually able to see the property first hand. However the pictures and property details as well as a first hand account from my girlfriend set my mind at ease. The staff at Frontline made it easy for me to get into to a lease despite my being in another city. Everything went smoothly. It took less than 24 hours for me to secure my new home.I will definitely use their service again to get into another home in the DFW area.

    Frontline Property Management inherited a very difficult situation involving another company that they acquired. The situation was complicated by a very awkward owner. Frontline, in particular Debrah Dyck, acted diligently and expeditiously to resolve the issue and assumed responsibility even though it was not necessarily theirs. This attitude is refreshing and to be applauded. In todays World that is not very often the case. I recommend them to anyone about to engage their services.
