When ever I put in for a maintenance request response time is always fast and several people communicate to see the problem, how it will be handled and once completed a follow to see if the job was done and done well. Thank you to all involved including Marla Valdez who usually responds expeditiously to our work orders, Alan Barajas and Frank the maintenance man that handles the repairs.

I cant say enough about how nice it has been working with Daniel at Pure PM. He is always very respectful, good at communicating, and prompt to make sure things get taken care of - and done right! He was even kind enough to help me move some furniture I recently had delivered when I needed an extra hand. I have lived here for 2+ years and Daniel has proven to be very dependable and caring, and always makes sure tenants are being taken care of.

Jeremy has been working with my family and I for a few weeks and he’s absolutely amazing!! He is very professional and very honest. He did everything for us to get into our place… long days for him and he was always in contact me and keeping me updated. I am very grateful for him and action property!!And I can’t forget about Ms. Betsy… her laugh was giving me life! She worked very hard to get us into our home! She was compassionate, my son got ill while I was signing paperwork and she was so helpful in that situation! That may not mean much to people but it meant a lot to me!Action property is where it’s at!!

I’ve been living at Southern Comfort Apt’s since November 2021 and these are the best apartments I’ve ever lived at for numerous reasons!!! I really love the manager Ms Betty, as I call her bc she’s always so friendly and helps me with anything that I need, as well as, the whole staff!!! And the apartment is beautiful inside and I especially love the concrete tile flooring bc they are so easy to keep clean instead of carpeting, as well as, it being a lit and gated community since these two things make me feel so safe living here and it’s usually always quiet outside. And even though I live downstairs and have someone who lives above me, I never ever hear them since the apartments are so well built. I lived at a certain place where I could even hear them talking at times and especially every time anyone walked across the floor you could hear every step!!! So it’s been a very positive experience living here and I see myself continuing to live here for many, many years to come and really never want to move again!!!🦋

Most phenomenal group of professionals you could ever want to have working on your behalf and I say that with over 30 years in Customer Service. Ryan worked after hours even on a holiday to accommodate me in a move I needed done quickly getting me out a huge jam and even assisted with a second move and accomplished that one just as fast as the first one! Everyone in the office worked as a friendly, cohesive team right out of the gate and the cleaning/painting crew was also top notch and they all really know this area and what they are doing. Im still in shock how they were able to do this for me so well and so fast....and twice! 10 star rating! 5 is not nearly enough for what they accomplished!

I’ve rented in Corpus for years, and Action Property is by far one of my favorite property management teams. The online portal is extremely user friendly and it’s super easy to submit maintenance requests and I always get immediate responses back. I absolutely loved living off Ocean drive, my view was spectacular! The landlord in charge of my property (Harold) was always communicative and actually cared about us as tenants, before Hurricane Harvey hit he made sure to call us to make sure we were all safe! My unit was also one of the older buildings in Corpus, but Action Property is extremely on top of their pest control game and I never had any issues (which is amazing being in South Texas). I also had an undetermined move-out date, due to relocating jobs in a different city and Action Property worked with me to extend my lease, I actually felt like a person and not just a tenant number on a list. I have rented from apartment complexes in the past, and I prefer property management teams for that exact reason. For the price and location my unit was a gem!!! I totally recommend Action Property - if you’re a courteous tenant you won’t have any issues!

Decently priced for the area and the location is prime for those who want to be close to Rockport/Fulton but, desire a more calm and slower paced community. With the newly renovated apartments its really a hidden gem in the Coastal Bend!

Lived there for 2 years no problems with the landlord he is a great guy and if you call he will help with your problems , rent is also cheap, its a bad Neighborhood tho, car was boken into multiple times and my Neighbors apartments were broken into. Lots of homeless people hang out nearby and sometimes climb through the fence if your thinking about living here you should invest in a firearm

Ensure that you read the military clause closely. It doesnt terminate until 30 days after the next payment from which you give notice. Can be a bit dicey for flight students. However, they worked with me and took the time to explain what I had misread. Also, they did not nickel and dime my security deposit. I had nothing but good experiences with this company.
