    Great and prompt service. Always appreciate how Alejandra Trejo gets our maintenance request assigned to a maintenance/repair person. Our garbage disposal decided to act up the day before we were expecting company from London for Christmas. The maintenance man came out the same day the problem was reported, got it fixed and it now works perfectly. Alejandra Trejo then sent an email inquiring as to if the problem had been fixed to our satisfaction.

    So I am being relocated to Austin, TX as of this month and found a beautiful property run by PURE Property Management. Although the relocation has been stressful and pricey, PURE has been most patient, kind, and understanding. With my being and moving alone, they have been accommodating and I so appreciate how communicative they have been, and continue to be! The only concern I had with is the cost of everything-there are definitely some very high monthly fees that come with renting this property, some of which I still have a hard time understanding the justification for such costs. So just be sure you are clear on what the ACTUAL monthly rent will be as it will be higher than what is advertised!Oh! And I forgot to mention the absolute angel that Maintenance person! I hate that I didn’t get his name, but I had about 20 packages left in front of my house, despite instructions being made to leave the garage! Without even being asked, this angel of a person took all the packages in for me! I cannot tell you how much stress he took off of my shoulders! Not many wonderful humans out there so I hope he knew how much I appreciate him! Thank you to him and Alejandro!

    Honestly, the team at GDAA was absolutely fantastic. They were the company used to process the application for another lease I was applying to, and I was in a bit of a time bind with a previous lease ending, and they were able to help me take the necessary steps to fast track my application process and get me through the process in a very timely manner. All in all, it was an 11 out of 10 experience.
