All questions and concerns were answered with courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend Karen and her team at PS Property Management. Karens managerial abilities along with a genuine caring attitude is impressive.

Karen McConnell has done so much for our condo complex, she is honestly the best property manager weve had in the 8 years Ive been here. Slow service, lack of information, ignoring calls, etc. However, I am very pleased to say that Carol SoRelle at PS Property has been excellent. Timely in her responses, sensitive to my opinions about my home and speedy in arranging vendors who get the work done without major delays. I would recommend her to anyone.

I simply cannot say enough about this company. I am on my South Austin HOA board of directors and I understand all of the work that goes into running a successful community. They are very prompt with our monthly reporting, pool area work orders, and very prompt to return all of our homeowners inquiries.They have rolled out several online and communication tools are the last several years, continually making our life as a Board member easier and easier.We really appreciate the hands on Management style from Ron and the rest of his management team. We have really enjoyed the AMAZING community events that their Events Coordinator has helped us, despite all the craziness over the last year plus.We are so happy that we teamed up with PS Property Management. They have really helped us improve our community in all areas. Highly recommend them.

I want to give once more my very best recognition to the services performed by José Jáuregui. Yes, this is not the first time. José has been consistently giving an outstanding customer service that needs to be appreciated. During the 15 years or so, that I have lived in this community, I have never had before this great feeling of confidence and trust in an agent like I have felt with José. During the last 2 years, exactly the time I have the good luck to have found him answering different concerns and matters with our HOA, José has given that excellent image of honesty, understanding and empathy to your company that make us feel we are in good hands. I really feel like these last 2 years of relation with our HOA under PS Management has made an incredible betterment. And all this excellence is due to have José Jáuregui taking care of our matters. He keeps having a true feeling of empathy with the customer, the highest level of quality and a service of excellence. He has a great knowledge about his area of service, and he is highly efficient in what he does. Bringing on Psproperty management to manage our condo association was such great decision. The switch from self management helped me gain trust in our condo associations future. I love how their office is so close to our community. I was able to call at noon - expecting to leave a voicemail because of lunchtime but surprised and was happy to have my questions answered by a REAL person!

The company has a 24 hour service that relays your queries to the manager of your complex. The system itself is very convenient as you can post your request at any hour of the day, and the manager answers within 24 hours.The manager in my complex is Ricky Mohla, to whom I am grateful for the many issues he has helped me resolve.

I live off of SW Pkwy in a 191 home neighborhood. I’ve served on my HOA for the last 4 years. For 3 of those years we were with RealManage and were never happy. Poor vendor supervision, constant manager turnover, slow response times. You name it, and we were unhappy with it.About a year ago, we switched to PS. After seeing the stark contrast between the old hands off approach and the new approach of PS, we will probably be with them for a long time. The manager TeeJay is proactive, noticing water usage and billing variations before our Board does; he is always a phone call away. Our homeowners, even the constant complainers, have remarked about how much better the service is with PS. It’s obvious he takes his career seriously.Without rambling any further, suffice it to say that I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who isn’t happy with their HOA company.
