    This is a review for PS Property Management for 2024-2025: our neighborhood has been with PS prop for at least 8 years by my estimation, and while weve had our challenges, our new manager Brandon Rodriguez has been a breath of fresh air. Hes been super responsive and communicative, and he has been able to push through a slew of projects that were previously sitting stagnant. IMO, 99% of your experience will be from the manager, so the neighborhood is very happy to continue to work with PS Prop!

She truly has been the best community manager that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Her strongest attribute is that she cares.     I have been dealing with Rick Zilem at PS Property Management for over 2 years already and almost never had any major problems. From my experience, my requests were always followed up promptly, with all inspections and maintenance done on site in a timely manner. Hes a real professional and knows a lot about property management, as I sense hes very experienced and knowledgeable in this area.Theres a lot of services offered at PS Property Management and I know it takes a lot of work to manage a high end property in Austin. Thats why I am glad to have found Rick and a capable management company like PS to handle all issues. I can relax and let them do all the work and be assured that the job will be done correctly and on time.     I contracted with PS Property Management to install and stain a large fence project at one of their North Austin properties. I worked with Ricky at PS and was impressed by his ability to streamline this job by working closely with his client and me. His efforts were very much appreciated.The job went smoothly, all payments were on time and Ricky was available to answer any questions that came up. A couple of changes were requested during the job that were dealt with professionally and courteously.I have since contracted with them for other work and will not hesitate to deal with this company again.

    I just wanted to say that the association manager of Whisper Oaks is a very sincere, caring person to the residents in her communities. Misti Barnett actually took the time to speak to my mom on a one on one basis for over 30 minutes at the board meeting last night 7/27/22. She spoke to my mom about her cancer and was amazingly caring and concerned. Mrs. Barnett made mom feel like she was part of her family. Thank you for hiring such caring HOA managers.

    PS Property Management is a breath of fresh air compared to our last management company. They get things done. Our last company let a major park renovation project languish unfinished for 15 months. PS Property came in, got that one finished in one week, and has finished two other major projects, all in five months. They are very helpful and offer great suggestions on how to make our community better. They are quick to respond.As a board member I would highly recommend hiring PS Property Management for your HOA.

    PS Property Management Company has been our HOA for almost 10 years now. I think we all have a love/ hate relationship with HOAs but I can say, from our personal experience, ours is more love than hate. Any time Ive needed assistance from their admin staff they have been kind and accommodating. We have been on the receiving end of citations but with just cause. They gave us ample notice and time to correct the issue of a broken gate. We fell onto hard times more than once and they were flexible with us with our fees. I did not give a 5 star simply because there is room for improvement, i.e., enforcing the no street parking rule, Christmas lights are still present on homes well after the holidays, and the upkeep of some of our common areas could be improved (not sure if its their responsibility or the city). Overall, they do a good job. They are far better than some of the nightmare HOAs that are out there.

    Wonderful HOA. Ive been in my house for 14 years, the previous HOA company gave me nothing but trouble. Unfriendly, uncaring, unresponsive.PS Property Management is the exact opposite.     We hired Ricky Zilem from PS Property Management Company, Inc. after months of searching for a property management company with reasonable rates and a common sense approach to property management. Hes been at our every beck and call and is much more than we could have asked for from any property manager.He helped us establish payment plans with HOA members that fell behind on their payments, negotiated contracts to get us better landscaping for a fraction of the cost, had our gates repaired in no time, kept our neighborhoods trash disposal costs in check during contract renewal, worked with contractors to get our retention ponds back in compliance with city ordinances and has effectively reduced our property management costs while greatly enhancing our neighborhood.Prior to hiring him we went through two other property management companies that were not only more expensive, but less efficient. PS Property Management Company prides itself on being a trustworthy and reliable property management company. This means they handle the day to day activities and only involve the board when its necessary. With our other management companies they were slow to respond, charged us fees for everything and left most of the day to day management activities to us. If youre an overburdened board, I can promise you if you hire PS Property Management your workload will reduce tenfold. Leave the management up to them and the neighborhood vision to the board.Ill end by saying if youre looking for the best property management company in Austin and the surrounding areas look no further. We love PS Property Management Company and are confident our neighborhood wouldnt be the same without them.
