Me and my family have been in our property for 4 months and we love it. Great team to work with. We only planned on staying a year but we’re already thinking about staying another year before pushing forward to our for ever home!!

I will be honest, if there is ANY company in which all reviews are exceptional, I would be skeptical, there is no way to satisfy everyone, but I will say I have been leasing from PMU since 2020 and they have taken care of maintenance requests Ive had as well as worked with me on removing fees from my account when I had a fraud issue with my bank. When I first moved in, I had an inevitable situation and had to find a place immediately and they did all they could to get me moved in. I just wanted to leave a truthful and positive review since there is so much negativity regarding this company Also, for all of you stating they are discriminatory, I am an African-American single mom. Its okay to take reviews into consideration, but I would say please experience them for yourself.

So I leased a place from them and from the head all the way down it was a great experience. I wish the past reviews werent available because I read them and I almost didnt apply. Shout out to Gary and Desiree for aiding me in my new house that I plan to turn into a home. FYI Gary is so down to earth and is willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your rental property at the lease signing. We talked for at least 2 hours he made sure that I was comfortable with the lease I was signing and that I understood the lease that I was signing.

PMU took over the management of the property we rent, and I couldnt have been happier. Weve been working with them for the past 6 months, and they are always quick to respond, professional, and truly take care of the properties they manage.Within the first month of PMU managing our place, the sewer lines backed up causing the bathrooms to flood and sending water in the hallways and master bedroom. They came to fix the problem, and because I was at work maintenance beat me to the place. I was worried theyd be angry, but they realized how stressful it was, and told me to relax...they knew I was at work and had things to do.When I expressed concern that it was waste-water, they had professional cleaning and disinfecting services come out the same day to assess & clean all areas that had been affected. It was a really stressful time, and I was so worried I would have to fight to have a clean house...but PMU made it easy on us.As a tenant, I can see that they take the time to fix small issues correctly the first time instead of putting a band-aid on the issue for it to be more expensive later on. Id 100% recommend PMU to both tenants and property owners.

I have been a Happy 😃 tenant with PMU for about 2 years now. The application process was very simple and easy. PMU has always responded promptly and in a professional manner with any issues I have encountered with the property. I looked forward to being around for awhile.Thanks PMU!
