We use Property Management Solutions to manage our properties. We are out of state investors and fully trust Shelly and her team. We met with them on more than one occasion and they make time when we need to meet or to view our properties so we can feel comfortable with the upkeep and renters in our homes.They contact us immediately when there is an issue that needs attention. They have kept our properties rented for as long as we have been with them. We feel like they go the extra mile for us. During a cold snap they were delivering space heaters to homes that may need extra warmth to keep pipes from freezing. It’s all about being proactive to keep larger future problems from happening.Payments are always prompt and on time. We appreciate their effort and attention to detail!We recommend Shelly Clements and her team. Five stars! -

We started using Property Management Solutions to manage our rental property. They have been professional, reliable, and prompt in addressing issues. They call anytime a repair is going to exceed our agreed upon threshold and work with us and the tenant to make sure repairs are done in a timeline that works for everyone.I appreciate that they inspect properties to ensure maintenance issues are resolved before they become bigger issues. -

I have been renting from Shelley for a little over a year now and have zero complaints!Her team is always prompt with maintenance and any issues I might have, she has also always worked with me when it comes to tribal benefits without hesitation… not to mention the fact that she is one of the few rental companies that allow dogs, I was extremely thankful she was accepting of my 2 dogs on the property and didn’t charge me an insane deposit for them either.I most deff recommend renting from her! -

The initial application process was swift, I was signing a contract within a week of applying.They have always displayed very professional and polite behavior to me.Pet Friendly options.Noninvasive walkthroughs.Their maintenance request response time is impressive!Easy to navigate online site which is so convenient.I recommend them to anyone I can, truly cant commend them enough. -
