If you are ever in need of great help with a smile, Sarah is hands down the person to speak with. She’s been so amazing in every way. Anytime I have a question or concern, she’s quick to respond. We have enjoyed working with this property management company from the very beginning. They went above and beyond to provide a comfortable transition. Very responsive and attentive with regards to any issue or situation that has occurred. Sarah has been especially helpful and has a long reputation for being wonderful to work with , this has been no exception! This has been our second experience with her and are so thankful we reached out again !

In my 10 years of renting these have by far been the most reasonable and pleasurable landlords Ive had. Sarah and Rosanne always showed mutual respect, handled every work order within hours or days, provided clear and direct communication, never invaded our privacy, and made the move-in and move-out extremely simple for someone who was moving from out of state with a roommate.Im sure the properties vary, but the house I was in was in a beautiful location in Miramar Beach and as mentioned maintained whenever I asked. Rent was fair and there were no extra charges or fees I found unreasonable. There is an online portal for communication and payments which is also nice. I really cannot recommend this company enough from a renters perspective, and given their care for the home, from an owners perspective as well. If you look at my google review history, I do not hesitate to speak the truth with bad renting experiences. These people are truthfully great!- Christopher

I wanted to take the time to explain how grateful I am for this company and Sarah! My family and I had hit a really hard patch and was living in a hotel. My fiancé and I were scrambling trying to find a place to call home for our autistic son and two service animals. Sarah showed us our place and we knew it was the right place for us. This company went over and beyond for my family! I try and refer them as often as possible. But I know people look at reviews and if there was an option for more than 5 stars I’d give it!

I love this company! I have a high end rental in Watersound and I had a horrible experience with a larger property management company. Rosanna swooped in and immediately went to work making sure my property was inspected and taken care of. There were several issues that Rosanna took care of within the first day of handling my property. She is always available to answer any questions I have had and goes out of her way to make sure I understand what is going on with my property. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the renting, buying and selling market. I would highly recommend her and I really appreciate a company that puts the customer first.

We purchased our retirement home in Freeport 4 years ago. Knowing we would not be able to enjoy our home in Paradise for several years, we opted to long term rent our home. Since we lived in New York, we knew that we would need expert assistance in renting our home. Rosanna was highly recommended to us by our real estate agent. Rosanna provided background checks on tenants, collected rent, assured that our property was cared for properly, inspected and if necessary coordinated maintenance and repairs if needed, provided end of year paperwork. We have never had a problem, she made owning our home stress free. Can not thank her enough.

Rosanna is a excellent property manager. She has managed my property in Santa Rosa beach for more than a year and she takes care of everything that it needs to be done. I haven’t been on my property for over a year because she is so efficient and I trust her so does my tenants. No matter how big the issue is she takes care of it.

Rosanna has been instrumental in keeping my rental properties with qualified renters for a few years now but that’s not the reason I decided to write this. Recently I decided to sell my rentals for personal reasons. I was worried she was would be upset not being able to manage my property’s no more. She wasn’t at all in fact she helped me sell them and got well above asking price I thought I could get. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Rosanna is awesome at what she does and has an expansive network of folks to help get your house ready for renters! My house was literally moved in two days after I vacated for a military move. She has a big heart but is fiercely determined to get the job done correctly and quickly...I trust her like family!!!

Anyways outstanding service coming from owners at sandestin about this establishment I wish I can give ,10 stars. Please go see her she is direct but stern but bends over backwards for his clients.
