They have recently updated to the new software system that improves the visibility and transparency to the landlord. Also their team staff are exceptional. This company is amazing and works wonders! Before me and my fiancé contacted them we was looking at another home from a different company and let’s just say they were con artists. My family and I only had a week and a half to be out of our apartment and the home with the other company didn’t go as planned. We got on Zillow and found this beautiful place and thought that couldn’t be the price. It was a great price for a 3 bed and 2 and a half baths! We contacted them and paolo and I forgot the other guy name(sorry) I belive it’s Lester but they were amazing and we moved in on the exact day that it was time for me and my family to be out of the apartment. It still seems so unreal because we are loving this place and if I move I’m going to move to somewhere that PMI has homes available. I am not lying, this is not a fake post, if you need a place and don’t want to work with a company that is rude and don’t care at all than call PMI! I was going to write a lengthy review about that other company but I’ll let god handle it because he blessed my family by leading us to PMI!! I wish all you the best of luck because I know how scary and stressful finding another place can be.

PMI Austin has been a lifesaver for me as a landlord during the pandemic. We had tenants who were struggling financially, and PMI did a great job managing things as best as possible.First, their online payment system makes it easy for tenants to pay, and keeps track of everything. And then PMI helped a tenant apply for the citys rental assistance program, which resulted in all of the back rent + late fees being reimbursed! They also helped turn around a property that was left in poor shape by a tenant, and had the resources to manage the whole project from start to finish.I know I would have had real headaches managing all of this, and my stress level would have been through the roof. As a career professional, I cant let my real estate investments take up that much time and energy. Utilizing PMI Austin was worth its weight in gold over the past 18 months, and the peace of mind they bring has been dramatically proven with what weve been through.It may seem like having property management just adds another layer of cost for a few mundane tasks, but when these types of issues arise, it is worth it many-fold.

We worked with Dan on a remodel of our house recently. We have a lot of square footage and did a complete gut job of the entire downstairs.
